I showed up an hour later, and the crawfish were waiting on me. They wouldn’t even accept payment — they just wanted to support what I was doing.
They didn’t treat it like a transaction. They took the time to actually connect, to ask about me, and just have a real human interaction — which is rare these days.

Consistently good crawfish, shrimp, potatoes and corn. We've been ordering for 8 or 9 years and keep coming back. Sure, you get the occasional bad potato or crawfish but those are the exceptions. We usually get the 6lb combo once a week during the season. No other restaurant can come close to getting that amount of business from us. And the claws on their crawfish....easiest peeling I've ever had.

Crawfish were BIG but undercooked. Season just thrown on the food. Unfortunately, this is the pic of what I’m about to throw away. The potatoes were decent. I expected a better experience with Louisiana crawfish. I know it could have been done right but today wasn’t the day. They look red in the photos but are dark in person.
