Went to Costco this afternoon with my 3 babies (4,3, and 1). The ignorant woman at the front wants to tell me that wearing masks is a law and that my babies have to wear a mask. Lady, SHUT UP. Don’t speak if you don’t know what you’re talking about. We continued on. I am not one to play the race card but this was way too obvious and gross. I walked by 7 (I counted) Costco employees who said NOTHING to me about my mask or my babies (children aren’t carriers, right?

Shame on Costco. My friend went shopping there yesterday (01/29/2021). She has several health issues. She was wearing a mask but it was too big for her face and kept slipping off her nose. These mask nazis bullied her to put her mask over her nose or they wouldn’t scan her card to let her check out. She was also dealing with low blood sugar and they wouldn’t help her. People should not be treated so poorly.

Appreciated all the precautionary measures & efforts COSTCO makes to ensure customers are safe during pandemic. However did not appreciate the couple in late 60's wandering thru middle of store who chose to not mask up. Selfish. self-centered people with no regard for what others are going thru should not enter businesses where life is valued.

Staff was awesome with disinfecting carts, shelves, and register between customers. The line for checkout looks daunting upon first site, but they managed it perfectly to shorten the wait time. They even had lines for each cart to allow increased distance between customers during checkout.

I purchased 2 tires and made an appointment to have them installed and car balanced. I got there 15 minutes early as they requested. It took 2 hours to change 2 tires while they told me it would only be an hour! This is expected now days, however, the tech came out and showed me where he had knocked a chunk off my rim off while putting the new tire on. He said it was OK because it was on the inside so no one could see it. My concern is, will it effect the drive? When they

No care for customer retention or satisfaction. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEIR TOP MEMBERSHIP!! -no use in giving them the extra money just to purchase the same products as everyone else and receive the same “we don't care if you stay a member here or not†attitude by their staff.

Terrible card holder services!!! Only 2 people in a household can have a card!?!? 2 people couldn't save enough $ a year to justify the cards member fee. Everything is priced at or above other grocery chains but you can buy in bulk, so I guess that's ok. Hey everybody...let's be smart and use all of our savings to pay for our membership and save more!!! Sams has better prices and selection.

Hand made wraps were soggy, tasteless, and not fresh. Consession food variety is lousy. For expecting or new mothers, baby stuff is located all they way in the back of the store which is inconvenient. Sams has better prices and baby stuff is in the front of their store which can make a rush trip easier. Also Costco threatened to take my card away when my husband used it without me being present. Will not be renewing this membership!
