Great prices, great selection. Extraordinarily high-quality food products as well as household needs. My wife and I have to limit the number of times we go in here per month because you always end up spending more than you plan on spending: the prices are so right, and the products are so good. One problem with Costco is that you find a product you really like and you go back to get it again, and it seems like sooner or later the product is no longer available. That becomes disappointing. We've also been disappointed that the chicken that they cook in the store is no longer seasoned. It tastes very bland now, although it's perfectly cooked to a nice juicy doneness. The chicken used to be perfectly cooked AND perfectly seasoned.

Went to Costco this afternoon with my 3 babies (4,3, and 1). The ignorant woman at the front wants to tell me that wearing masks is a law and that my babies have to wear a mask. Lady, SHUT UP. Don’t speak if you don’t know what you’re talking about. We continued on. I am not one to play the race card but this was way too obvious and gross. I walked by 7 (I counted) Costco employees who said NOTHING to me about my mask or my babies (children aren’t carriers, right?

Shame on Costco. My friend went shopping there yesterday (01/29/2021). She has several health issues. She was wearing a mask but it was too big for her face and kept slipping off her nose. These mask nazis bullied her to put her mask over her nose or they wouldn’t scan her card to let her check out. She was also dealing with low blood sugar and they wouldn’t help her. People should not be treated so poorly.

Appreciated all the precautionary measures & efforts COSTCO makes to ensure customers are safe during pandemic. However did not appreciate the couple in late 60's wandering thru middle of store who chose to not mask up. Selfish. self-centered people with no regard for what others are going thru should not enter businesses where life is valued.

Wonderful place to shop for bulk items! I always enjoy looking at the savings book to see what is on sale. It is nice to shop while sampling items. Costco is no stranger to having organic items which I love trying! The customer service is awesome. The cashiers are very quick to check you out and put everything back in the basket for you. After I shop, I usually get something to eat in the food court with the kids. The food court is so cheap and everything they have is delicious. My favorite is the chicken bake and the pizza. I have tried so many new foods since I have gotten a membership here. I bought some ice cream mochi which tastes great. I am not sure if it is still in the stores due to alot of items being seasonal.

Staff was awesome with disinfecting carts, shelves, and register between customers. The line for checkout looks daunting upon first site, but they managed it perfectly to shorten the wait time. They even had lines for each cart to allow increased distance between customers during checkout.

I purchased 2 tires and made an appointment to have them installed and car balanced. I got there 15 minutes early as they requested. It took 2 hours to change 2 tires while they told me it would only be an hour! This is expected now days, however, the tech came out and showed me where he had knocked a chunk off my rim off while putting the new tire on. He said it was OK because it was on the inside so no one could see it. My concern is, will it effect the drive? When they

I always enjoy going to Costco because the staff are very friendly and helpful to everyone especially to the elderly. The prices are great and quality of merchandise I think cannot be beat. Love my outings over there. I recommend to anyone who like to checkout with a courteous human being.

No care for customer retention or satisfaction. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEIR TOP MEMBERSHIP!! -no use in giving them the extra money just to purchase the same products as everyone else and receive the same “we don't care if you stay a member here or not†attitude by their staff.
