Our waiter was kind, but very slow and kept forgetting to bring us items, such as creamer for our coffee, syrup for pancakes, sides, and such. This was after requesting them and reminding him that we needed it. Food was ordered, and everyone around us got their food before us. When our food came out, I explained to the server I needed the gravy for my country fried chicken, and he said, “now don’t kill me, but we’re out of gravy”. I would have never ordered it if I had been told that they were out of gravy. I was actually torn between two different entrees, so being told they were out of gravy would have easily swayed my decision to the other option. Then my hash brown casserole was so overcooked and crunchy, it was like they were dehydrated potatoes. Then, we tried to order dessert. After we ordered, our waiter came back and said they were out. It was just one thing after another. No apologies, no substitutions, no trying to make things right. It was just sad and disappointing.

Our food was cold when brought out to my husband and I. They or usually on point not sure what happened this day! Very disappointing

Salad dressing was soured, and I ordered a dessert to go and I got home and there was no strawberry syrup or any syrup for the French toast and strawberry cake

Long time I have been a fan of Cracker Barrel, always great quality and portion size. 👍😋 But after COVID-19, they started providing poor service. 🥲 Portions are like from a kid's menu. The taste is poor as well. 😮‍💨

While at the restaurant a homeless veteran came in asked asked for leftovers. They denied him I offered to pay for him a meal, by this time and after offering they kicked him out and we couldn’t find him. Very upsetting.

Our waitress, Emmy, was lovely and attentive. The food was pretty good. However, the women's bathroom was a disgusting, smelly disaster.

Sunday morning at 10:30 was packed both dining rooms open and service was efficient. Food was hot. A very good experience.
