Today I waited in line for 25min (only two cars ahead of me) just to get asked to pull up and wait when I got to the window.

I can't believe they have the nerve to charge what they do for their school cafeteria grade hamburgers. If it weren't for the ice cream, this place would have no redeeming factors.

LOW ENERGY employees, not friendly to ALL customers (yes, people notice!), don't acknowledge you when you walk in. Basically ignore you then walk to the register & ask you what do you want without greeting you.

Went through the drive through during a rush and had to wait for the other half of our order. Robert came to bring us the rest of our food and remade our blizzards to ensure we had a proper dinner! Thank you Robert!

Andy's is WAY better. DQ is better than Sonic though. This location always seems to short us on ingredients. Johnston street is the better location for DQ's for sure.

Ordered a small blizzard: choco dip strawberry- extra strawberry, add brownie pieces. I got none of that and the bottom half was just vanilla icecream. See pics. This is SAD.
