Called to request garlic oil on my pizza like I do at every time I order dominos. The guy refused to do so and said they aren't going to at this Domino's. So I cancelled my pizza there and ordered at my normal Domino's. My normal Domino's did it no questions asked. đ€·đ»ââïž I'm a frequent weekly customer and now I know not to go there.

Every time I place an order there is a problem. I ordered before 1:30pm and was told my order was cancelled because the driver wouldn't make it for delivery until after 2pm.

The Delivery driver confirmed that my pizza was delivered, but it wasnât. He dropped my pizza off at an office that is closed. I called the store and the lady lied for him and said that he had a double and it was an accident that he pressed delivered. My pizza came to my door with pieces all over the place in cold. To top that off, I was missing a whole piece of my pizza. I called up there and the lady told me that I was lying and that there was no way that he could possibly take a piece of my pizza. The 2 images below showed how it came and once I try to put it together to see the missing piece

come here often itâs close to school, had $4.99 pizza deal carry out deal, called the establishment and they told us they didnât have that deal, so ordered the $6.99 deal on the app. showed up to pick it up and they had many signs promoting the $4.99 pizza deal. whoever on the phone didnât know what they were talking abt and we werenât able to save a couple bucks. as college students this was detrimental and no one on the staff tried to make it right. will not be back.

To the female "manager" (and I say that with zero respect) at Dominos on University/Johnston you need to learn how to speak to your employees. Pulling things from their hands, YELLING, cursing and degrading them as loud as you found acceptable is UNACCEPTABLE. I couldn't even see myself paying for my order for a store you're "running" like that. I didn't get your name, but corporate will be hearing about you. I understand you're short staffed and frustrated - but that NOT a way to MANAGE your employees. Especially the ones who showed up this evening.

This is the worse domino's in lafayette. I spoke to a young man claiming to be the manager ,then a girl jumped on the conversation. My brownie arrived raw. My pizza not right. I called they said they could credit me at this store only but wouldn't refund my money. Not even if I brought it back. I posted a review online through app and I was rudely called and told take it down ... I'm 66 my childr3n are grown and I have three grandkids grown. They are rude and don't need their titles. The food is the worse . My pizzas cheese wasn't melted . My brownie raw in middle to the edge. We re baked it here . It's said that it's bad management and bad food so sad because right before Christmas when I was visiting my son I ordered from there and it was perfect these employees this young lady in this young man need to be fired
