I ordered online and my total was $40.28 I decided to round it off to the nearest dollar to keep my total in an EVEN $41 with the intention of tipping the driver in cash. The driver however wanted to take it upon himself and make a smart comment about keeping the 72 cents instead of bothering to tip. Very rude and in all honesty ruined my appetite.
My child was satisfied and for that I’ll give 3 stars in food quality

I had delivery area and because they miss matched caller I’d after an hour I called to see where my order was said they had wrong number and couldn’t find address but delivered to address two days before it seems your verot school store mgr Brittany who took my order couldn’t perform correctly she had a child over counter and saying the counter was closed at 930 she would spend as much time on her orders as she does her love affair at work maybe it would be better service and things were checked better

I have always been treated well and our food was always correct, hot and good! I have to say Austin had outstanding customer service! They all have been great but he knows exactly how to treat people and how to be. Good customer service is hard to find but you have it there!

I have never had a problem with this place. They are always friendly, and have my order out hot and ready to go when I arrive. I am thankful for the workers at this location for being so dedicated to their job. Thanks again! I recommend this pizza place. I order from.this store multiple times a month. Tonight I ordered through the app like I always do. About an hour goes by, it's Saturday night so it's expected but then I get a call on my phone. Apparently my order was delivered to someone else, they got my number off the box and called to tell me that they received my order. I didn't get a call from the store to tell me that there was a mistake, just extra weight time. Communication goes a long way in the customer service business

Courtney the general manager was no help for our food not being delivered we order from this location several times and never had a problem the delivery driver Anothony apparently couldn’t find the address and marked our food as delivered and we never received it this is ridiculous saying i had the wrong number on the order but i received all the updates on my current phone

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! i called to have a pizza delivered AND IT NEVER SHOWED UP! i called to let them know and the 2 girls a staff member and the manager were absolutely rude. they told me that they called and knocked which never happened. i have and ring camera that also shows that no one showed up. i explained how i was babysitting and could not leave to pick it up. i asked to speak to a manager who was awfully rude! SHE EVEN LAUGHED IN MY FACE OVER THE PHONE MULTIPLE TIMES!
