ordered pizza tonight and my pizza was placed on the ground when delivered with no knock at the door or ranged the door belland they refuse to refund my money the location on verot school

As usual, I picked my pizza up at the store. The staff is always so very nice. However, this time I wasn’t very happy because I requested EXTRA sausage, paid more & as you can see, I barely got the Italian sausage. I know they can do better. I’ve been eating from this Domino’s for at least one year now & this is the first time I’ve been disappointed. Otherwise always great!

Ordered 3 things 2 was wrong ask to remake order correctly only corrected one item & expected me to eat cold pizza after waiting 30 more minutes for only part of my order to be remade so I asked for a refund & was told I had days for it to go back to my bank! Now I have no food & they still had my money very horrible service never even apologized just straight up ugly to me about there mess up.

I also finally try the pasta,with Spinach,Steak and Italian sausage with Alfredo sauce after 7 years of going,simply bc I always order just for the kids,but I loved it!The tots and wings are good as well! Next, I try the sandwiches!?
We waited over a hour for our food, delivery driver named drake came to complex didn’t enter gate and left with our food then said it was delivered & never received anything then the store closed so no contact or even trying to enter the apartment complex

Awful service. Will never use this location again. Online order sat for 30 minutes before being put into oven. Then sat for almost another 30 minutes for a “quality check”. When it finally got delivered by driver who passed up our house twice, it was barely warm. Regretting paying “delivery fee” and 20% tip for lukewarm cardboard. Never again from this location! ?

What has happened to this location? We've ordered from this location for over five years with ZERO issues - food always came quickly and there was never a problem. Over the past few months, things have changed. We tried ordering in March only to receive a call from the store that they don't deliver to our address and have never delivered to us. We ended up picking up the pizza and all was well. We tried again the other day and after over an hour and a half, we called the store to find out what was happening. We were told how busy they were, which is completely understandable. What's not understandable is how and why there was no communication. When speaking with the store, we were again told that this location doesn't deliver to us, despite having delivered to us for over five years. We were told to order from the Youngsville location for delivery. The app and website do not allow us to order from Youngsville for delivery - only Verot, which "doesn't deliver" to our neighborhood. I called Youngsville and they said they don't deliver to us. When I asked the Verot location why, after over five years, they could no longer deliver to us, there wasn't an answer.So I guess we can't order Dominos delivery anymore. Bummer. Caught in between two locations.

My second time ordering and each time it’s 1hour or later for delivery and the food was cold not even to say the new item Tots had barely any cheese/steak bell peppers and onions was still fresh. Ordered at 8:11 my pizza and other items arrived @9:26 calling these people is a joke to say my order is coming out the oven and will be another 15 minutes. Lost my business have to do better with customer service…

These guys make the best pizza in town, sure there have been a time or two in the 20 yrs I’ve eaten there, but business has issues, staffing etc. point is there the best location in town. There awesome!!!
