Dont order from them at 12 on a saturday night, they will be upset they have to do their jobs and make all 3 of your pizzas wrong and half assed and put the wrong sauce on all of them....very disappointed will be getting a hold of someone higher up

Well, this place is pretty kinda ok when it ain’t a busy Friday or Saturday night.. DEAR DOMINOS MAKING A BUNCH OF PIZZAS IN ADVANCE AND THEN SELLING ME THE OLD CARDBOARD REWARMED VERSION OF A “TA DAH”- it’s fresh food is very disturbing… My dogs are still running around with that ole chew toy of a pizza and cinnamon sticks as we speak—- fetch boy fetch……serious eye🙄 roll…..

I’m on the phone with this store now I have ordered since 5:15 pm online and received at 7:10pm without notice made aware 35-45 min and it was 2 hrs! I called to ask should I cancel before leaving the store being I didn’t want cold food the worker confirmed order would be hot and not cold! I received hard and cold food! This is ridiculous for this location! Every Time we order here it’s a problem! Never AGAINNNNNNN😡

We had our pizza delivered and it was fast. Our order was HOT & fresh! Scott was our delivery driver and he was great, very pleasant and had a big smile. We definitely could use more team players like this gentleman!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Awesome experience here. Walked in and was greeted with a smile. All hands were on deck. Not one person standing around. There were propabably 8 workers and everyone was helpful. The resteraunt was the cleanest I've ever seen. All workers were presentable. Food was great. Will definitely be back.

The sandwich made my husband sick. Also the workers were not friendly. We will stick with the University Street location from now on. They are by far the best!

No stars!! Wrong order and manager is rude!!! Paid for lg pizzas with extra toppings and got a med pep and a lg cheese! My only option was to get a credit for one pizza!

I order the same thing every Friday. Never had a problem before. Tonight I ordered it and my husband picked it up on the way home as usual. Since they started making the pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread and the five cheese dip I always order it for me and a bacon & ham pizza for me. Tonight I added chicken and parmesan bites. Open the box and I don't have pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread I have molten lava cakes. So I call and try to explain it and the man I spoke to made me repeat it twice and then cut me off and handed the phone to a "manager". I explained what happened and asked since it was their mistake could they deliver the order ? She said absolutely not. I either had to take a store credit which I know if I try to use it later it will be nonexistent or come pick it up myself. Then she hung up on me. I have never had a Domino's employee be rude to me before and when it happened it was a manager. So I have to load up my six year old and go pick it up. Meanwhile the rest of my food is at home getting cold. My five cheese dip was a solid,gelatinous mess. The chocolate lava cakes that they gave me by accident were now cold and hard. I had to reheat my son's pizza because of course everything was cold. I should have brought everything back and made them remake my order. If I ever have another bad experience I'll start ordering from Rotolo's.
