Why do associates take orders at drive in window and not ask person making order to move to a parking spot until their order is ready? This has happened the last 2 times I picked up as I had to wait in line almost 20 minutes to get my order that I ordered online.
We love Dominoes pizza but am seriously thinking about going some place else. I do not make an order on line to have to wait 20 minutes in line due to incompetent people at pickup window. I also had an associate one time ask for a tip at the pickup window. Totally unprofessional.

Where are my toppings? Need to work on quality, blade sharpness, and how to cut a pie. Even slices are more important than you may care to realize. Get it together. For your prices, customers should be able to expect higher quality than mcdonalds.

Been Sitting here since 11:20 pm, no one came to window yet. A woman driving a small 4 door black car saw me sitting there didn’t greet me, speak to me, check on me, simply looked at me and grab her to go bag and left .. I’m assuming to make a delivery!!! I am sitting in drive way along with another car and no one call…it’s now 11:27 and a young man is just coming to the window!

Delivery is good, pick up needs tons of work. Dis organized!

I did not receive my order. I had it delivered and it never came to me. I tried to call to correct the person on where to go but it was 2 minutes after close. So I wasted my money and received no help

I previously years ago gave a review due to poor service, however I want to applaud this staff. Wow, is all I can say today. This crew knocks it out of the park, very, very impressed. They are attentive, and order is always correct and fresh. Thank you.

Dont order from them at 12 on a saturday night, they will be upset they have to do their jobs and make all 3 of your pizzas wrong and half assed and put the wrong sauce on all of them....very disappointed will be getting a hold of someone higher up
