Dynasty Chinese Food Youngsville

Drivers speed through my neighborhood. I cannot judge the food as I’ve never had it, but if you have kids, be mindful when you deliver and the kiddos are out and about.

Yum so good and the workers are super nice. The food is always hot and tasty. You get a lot for your money. Higher quality food than some other Chinese foods in the area. Plus they have sushi!

Service is quick and great, staff are very friendly! Food is tasty but a bit too greasy.

King Pao is missing the "pao." No peanuts, no onions, no red peppers, zero spice. Pretty flavorless food.

It was so bad, i actually threw it out. It use to be good but the sesame chicken and the vegetable fried rice was different. I won't order there anymore.

Worst place to order for delivery, after waiting for 45 minutes they called me saying they knock at my door but didn't find me, I was waiting for them, they told me if I want my food back incoukd either go to pickup or wait for an hour to get my food deliver again, I live 8 minutes from the restaurant. Inask for my money back on my card, they told me I have to wait for like 4 days to get my money back. They have a really bad logistics to handle customers issues, Never ever going to order there again. I used to like them.

Seriously avoid this place. The food is just OK but my experience today led me to send their delivery menu straight into the trash can. We ordered Crispy Chicken (Sesame Chicken) which was just chicken in brown sauce without a sesame seed in sight. And it was very definitely NOT crispy. When I called the restaurant the older lady who answered the phone set about arguing with me and informed me that most people don't like sesame seeds so they don't put it on their chicken and my last order was Dynasty chicken which apparently she thinks is the same thing so that is what they sent. I have had their crispy chicken before and what I got today was in no way what I ordered. That meant nothing to her and she just kept on arguing and interrupting me. When I explained to her that because of her unwillingness to actually listen to me she had just lost a customer, she acted like that was just fine. I was not rude or argumentative but I could not get her to understand that substituting menu items at her whim is not acceptable. The shame of it is that I have been warned about this place but ignored the warnings. I will never give them my business again.
