We ate here twice on our trip. the enchiladas al carbon is stellar. hubby usually just gets a side taco, and we split everything. and we didn't change what we ordered on the second visit. LOL the staff is immediately there for you, and the remodel looks good. schmancy.

My wife and I regret not telling the server to send our ground beef taco salads back today, 09,21,25. The two salads arrived at our table within minutes, and less than a minute later the server passed by to ask us if everything was alright. We said yes, then once we started eating we noticed an excessive amount of water floating in the plate that the taco shell was sitting in. Enough water to where we had to lift the shell and salad Out of the plate, pour the water out of the plate, then place the shell and salad back into the plate. Not sure how the kitchen managed to put water, (that Much water), in a taco salad.

STEAK FAJITAS LIKE RUBBER. OTHER FOOD NOT GOOD ..WILL NOT BE BACK . REEVALUATE YOUR BUSINESS .

Food was fine, my review is regarding drink size and the floors. First, if you sell huge cups for your alcoholic beverages, that is fine, but it would be nice if you would tell the customer that before the order. We ordered large margaritas and the huge 48 oz or 64 oz cup that was given to us was just ridiculous. $50 for 2 margaritas that I drank hardly any of because it was way too much. Please next time just warn your customers that they are huge and we can just order a small or kid size.

Secondly, your floors are way too slippery. Our 7 yo was trying to wash his hands and the floors were so slippery that his feet slipped out from under him and he slammed his face/chin into the sink. This was in front of my husband. He was not horsing around, just trying to wash hands and he was injured because your floors were not cleaned correctly. He is still hurting this morning and has a mark on his chin.

Delicious and great atmosphere ?

Do not order Steak! ?, I ordered Medium rare, they gave me Well Done, Beef jerky like. Fish Tacos, has a strong fishy smell, use lime to neutralize smell if you're gonna eat. The best thing that kept the score up is the Drinks, the drinks are good. The waitress is good.

definitely not going to El paso on ambassador again

I went a couple nights ago and got me a steak and it says ribeye but it was mostly fat and gristle, and so salty that whenever I took it home in a to-go box I literally put it under the faucet to rinse it off.
20 something dollars for that?! they also only give tiny square napkins and not nearly enough. Chile rellano peppers were disgusting. the Dr pepper have no carbonation whatsoever as well. Also no small containers for the side salad I had. some of the French fries weren't even cooked all the way through and had a rubbery crunchy texture? I don't know how ... some one can mess up food that bad. never returning, zero stars if I could.

Good experience, food was great, ordered a jalapeno margarita, but it was hard to drink, too much jalapeno not enough margarita.
