Terrible experience. We were waited on by Brittany. More like we waited on her. Two tables and a dude at the bar were all that were present. She couldn't seem to get away from the guy at the bar and chatting with him (bald dude with big beard, overalls, and gold chain if management reads this). We ended up getting our check taken care of by another waitress that just came on shift.

We called in our order and was told it would take about 20 minutes - this was accurate and we had no additional wait once we went to pick up. Got the Classic Fat Pat's as is and it comes with lettuce, tomato, and pickles, as well as the sauce. Additionally, the item comes with fries and I got those. You can substitute for an additional cost, but they definitely give enough fries with the burger in the to-go box. The meat is always cooked well and the bun is the best bun! I would highly recommend if you're looking for a burger and fry pairing.

It is what it is I guess. I should have expected this but the food is bar food and not all that great.

I was in the mood for a chicken sandwich and saw the chicken bacon wrap was marked as "Pat's favorite" but I didn't even find it to be worth eating. I was expecting a fresh grilled chicken breast cut into strips and wrapped in a tortilla. But what I got was chicken that had been grilled probably earlier in the day, cut into tiny pieces, and then reheated. It was dry and unappealing. I asked for my fries with salt only, not the seasoning blend and the waitress said they could do plain fries and I could salt them myself. That is fine but they were very undercooked when they came out. My husband's sweet potato fries seemed to have salt only so I'm not sure why they couldn't also prepare regular fries the same way.

I also got wings with the sizzle sauce and those are pretty good.

Vegetarian options: Not many vegetarian options other than sad sides. $5 for mixed veggies that are frozen from a bag and microwaved.

Thee best burgers and my food was still hot and I live 15 minutes away I’ve been going to Wendy’s when I should have been coming here ?shout out to the guy in the back who said I have nice hair my bad for being awkward I have social anxiety ? but thank you ??
