We called in our order and was told it would take about 20 minutes - this was accurate and we had no additional wait once we went to pick up. Got the Classic Fat Pat's as is and it comes with lettuce, tomato, and pickles, as well as the sauce. Additionally, the item comes with fries and I got those. You can substitute for an additional cost, but they definitely give enough fries with the burger in the to-go box. The meat is always cooked well and the bun is the best bun!...

It is what it is I guess. I should have expected this but the food is bar food and not all that great.

I was in the mood for a chicken sandwich and saw the chicken bacon wrap was marked as "Pat's favorite" but I didn't even find it to be worth eating. I was expecting a fresh grilled chicken breast cut into strips and wrapped in a tortilla. But what I got was chicken that had been grilled probably earlier in the day, cut into tiny pieces,...
