Food and service was beyond expectations. The food was delicious and hot as well as very presentable. The waitress was patient with our large group and made sure our order was correct.

I was taking out from here, everything was good but they should've told us that if we didn't get the item within an hour of placing order they'd have not given it to us. (The cashier said they distribute it to other tables or so), I think they should've told it to us from the get go so that we'd have hurried. Other than that everything is great.

Update: Seasoning is great and the capability to pick spice level makes it better. We chose a combination platter that served 4 of us with enough left over for a 5th person. The gumbo was delicious. A couple hours outside of Houston, looking forward to Beumont location opening. Atmosphere was great and our waitress was super friendly.
