My husband and I drove to the Carencro location for lunch today.The sandwiches ordered Jamaican Jerk were not hot. The restaurant was not clean, bathrooms were filthy.The sweet tea container had unsweetened tea in it. When I inquired with black gentleman with dreadlocks in his face he advised he didn't make the tea. No one even attempted to fix the issue. Common sense keep the customer satisfied.I strongly believe the owner needs to visit his restaurant more often.We will not be returning to this location again.Parking: Need more parking

My husband & I stopped for a bite while passing through, & were so pleased we may likely PLAN to stop again next time we go back & forth to Alexandria! The food was well prepared, & I would describe the young men working there as "exemplary"! Darius especially, was friendly & outgoing, & someone I would describe as a LEADER! Our world needs more young men like him!

I love Firehouse Subs when I am wanting a sandwich that is warm and filling! The turkey is my favorite though I also enjoy the steak one on occasion. For me personally the way the sandwich ingredients go together really adds to it. Also the people there are very nice and friendly as well as get everything right on my orders. The place is clean and has a couple of TVs I can watch while I wait. Super nice folks always welcome me back and I feel happy to have found the Firehouse in Carencro. It's a real gem. For a real rich sandwich made carefully, I choose them.

Placed a catering order today from this location. The staff paid so much care to the packing of our catered meal. The delivery was fast and the driver was so kind. There was a slight hiccup with our order, but when we called back, they immediately made it right plus A LOT. I recommend this place to cater any office meeting! Thank you!!

I had the Steak & Cheese sub. This is, for me, a sandwich that I use to test the quality of a restaurant that offers it. This sandwich was on par with some of the best. The staff at this particular location left a bit to be desired. Otherwise, two thumbs up.

I tried to call in an order for carry out but no one answered phone. Turns out they were trying to close early. While waiting for my food, the 3 employees were using very profane language, including cussing and racial slurs regarding a missing phone charger. A blatant comment was made by one of the female employees that she doesn’t care about the customer (me) or her job. Very unprofessional and not to mention awkward and uncomfortable as a customer.
