Great staff! I received the wrong order by mistake, so I went inside to get it fixed. Staff was sweet and made sure to fix this and even gave me an ice cream! Best fast food staff in long time!

I'm used to Freddy's in Texas..it's Amazing meat cooked just right to perfection with just the right amount of crispness and grease, omg! It's the Best! Unfortunately this one just didn't do it for me. My burger wasn't the same and my bread was a little soggy, then again maybe because we were their first customers. But all and all it was very clean and as Always customer service was A1. Freddy's is still number 1 in my book!

Oreo Custard Cookies are the BEST

The steak grill cheese burger with onion rings is my personal favorite meal.
Me and my oldest son half the meal and are full. The staff is also friendly and helpful.

My first time here, I brought 4 of the 7 grands. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly!

You'd think steak burgers would be a vastly different experience than eating regular burgers, but they are MUCH better. I love their thinner french fries and their frozen custard is amazing!

On 05/31/2025 I made a mobile order through the Freddy’s app for pick up, I was feeling tired and did not feel like getting out the car so I had my fiancé get out to get our food for us. A VERY disrespectful and rude worker at this location immediately yelled at my fiancé that “he should know better” for grabbing our food and my finances laughed thinking he was joking. He continues to say “you work for DoorDash right”. When my fiancé corrected him multiple times, he disregarded what he said completely. When my fiancé proceeded to ask for our cups for our drinks he rudely told him “that’s why you’re standing right there looking confused because you don’t have your whole order.” However our entire order was in the bag. The way he treated my fiancé and made assumptions was completely unnecessary and unacceptable and disrespectful. You don’t treat people like that. He told us his name was Travis when asked but we aren’t sure how true that is. The lack of customer service and southern hospitality that we often see in Louisiana was not present here & We won’t be coming back to this location. Also our fries were soggy and cold. This place has went downhill since opening.

The food was great! We ordered and had our food in less than 5 mins and we were a party of 4. Everything was right and we had no issues!

It’s really good for your basic ice cream place… takes a hot second to get your food, but the floors are very slippery and I think it needs a redesign overall… 😪 but yay for custard ig! 🍨🍨🍦🍨🍨🍦

The food is great guys I strongly suggest the Jalapeno burger & let's get some people in the door or that drive thru line. I feel most restaurants don't succeed in Lafayette because of lack of word of mouth & we all our fav places to go but throw a curve ball in there every so often I do it with food & music ...new experiences are a good thing.

This location of Freddy's Frozen Custard was absolutely amazing! I devoured this cheeseburger!
