The food is amazing. The hot food comes out incredibly hot and the cold food comes out incredibly cold. The sushi is quite fresh. The service is really good, but there can be a little bit of a wait for the food, (as they seem to be a little short-staffed) but it really isn't that bad. Once they bring the food out you understand why, the food is very good. Everything appears to be made by hand after you order it. No frozen egg rolls like you seem to get at every Chinese place. These are made by hand with a lot of meat inside. We will definitely be coming back. Just be warned, they have like 10 pages of sushi you can order, do try not to get carried away.

Absolutely obsessed with Fuji Sushi! This gem is hands-down the best sushi in the South—I’ve tried my fair share. From the moment you walk in you’re greeted by the most adorable and genuinely welcoming owner, whose warmth instantly makes you feel like family.
Now let’s talk Sushi— to die for doesn’t even begin to cover it. Every roll is a flavor bomb in the best way possible. The Aloha Roll is tropical perfection, the Mt. Fuji roll is a stunning signature piece, the Becker roll and Charles roll are masterclasses in balance and texture, and the Hot Mommy roll will have you feeling like a skinny legend.
But for the true star for me? The Toro Nigiri. It’s insanely good—melts in your mouth, rich, buttery, and a total must order every time. And don’t even think about skipping the Mama Sauce. Whatever’s in that magical concoction should be bottled and sold— it elevates everything it touches.
Definitely start your meal off with Miso Soup, which is comforting, flavorful, and the perfect warm-up for what’s to come. Every bite at Fiji sushi shows care, creativity, and true passion.

Most amazing sushi experience! The owners are super nice and the fish is ridiculously fresh. They also offer things you can’t get anywhere else in the area like toro and wagyu. The small setting makes it feel like a unique experience. You get what you pay for and it is immaculate.

Very wonderful food and service. When you first sit they provide a napkin they lay on your lap and a warm towelette to clean your hands. I had the Yakisoba with Pork bowl with was delicious. My husband had the Funny Hot Roll and the house salad. They three in a complementary miso soup for us both and an cut orange dessert

The presentation of every single dish is impeccable and the sushi is genuinely the freshest and most flavorful I’ve had.
