When me and my wife first got there I asked for a stake for me and my wife, the guy working grilling kept giving my food to just anyone when I was the first in line, I waited so long in line I had to eat in line I was very angry 😡 , when I went speak to the manager he was very nice, the manager came delivered a stake to me and my wife, very good manager he made our visit better. Then there was Mr. James he came and made sure me and my family was taken care for someone should give both Mr. James and the manager a raise great people and our waitress Bailey was real nice and did a great job. But that 1st guy on the grill for as him he's trash get rid of him
And keep James on the grill

On last week I made a reservation for a dance group namely Elite Dazzling Dolls that was traveling to Lafayette Louisiana for a competition. Knowing that there would be multiple teams there, I did what I thought was the professional and most reasonable thing to do and called the restaurant as well...just to make sure the store and its team were aware that there was a competition and that we'd have a minimum of 50 folk with us. I thought this was important to know because we wanted to reward our dancers and wasnted access to the private room that most of your locations offer. Let me just say that there was almost a fight between guests of different parties all because of management who failed to communicate and file to hold to his promise....namely Bathan. On top of that he was rude disrespectful and unprepared for the visits after several conversations; one being moments before we arrived. There was no food on the lines....no dishes to eat with or off.....no servers and we ended up fixing our own drinks and bussing our own tables on top of the failure to provide the room we originally reserved. I have tried multiple times to reach out to Gold Corrall and I can not get an answer or a return call. I want my money back.

Third time trying since the new manager took over. Never again. Staff is friendly, but that’s about it. Never got any refills, though this poor woman is running her tail off. No clean plates. No silverware. Kitchen staff is putting fresh food directly on top of old food. Barely anything in the pans. Never had rolls the whole time we were there. Air conditioner must be broken as well. Baton Rouge one is amazing compared to this location. I’ve given it enough tries and we just won’t be coming back.

Nathan has this place back! We didn’t go here for years because it got so bad. When we saw it was under new management, we gave it a shot, and we were NOT disappointed!!! We will definitely be back! GREAT job Nathan!!!

No ice cream, dirty plates, chicken was nasty, tables sticky, I saw a roach on the plates, waffle cups for the slushies, musty employee making my food tangy, table was tender & made my food fall down. Chicken was nasty also!

The hub & I went early while the crowds were at the parade. Had the place to ourselves. It's the hubs fav! Been too long since I've eaten here. The carrot cake is my all time favorite and thr brownie was sinful!! 😋😋😋

We normally use the gc in Lafayette LA. Got there at 0945. Not much breakfast food being served, half the buffet was empty and already had lunch items taking up half the available serving trays...at 945am! Would understand 1030-1100 but not 0945. We came for breakfast, not lunch!

idk what hell happened March 1st at dinner 530pm left lil afte 7pm hoping they put food down parking lot over half full Saturday this place was a total Discussed! over 80% Of food was never replenished even simple item like pizza chicken etc was empty entire time there! Half of cooks was playing around some on their phones no even grill was tended too. We all woke feel ill and diarrhea etc... we been going to this place since they took over Ryan's restaurant and seen the ups and downs and our experience last night is one of the kind LOW! I would've gotten better food at a ran down McDonald's than what we've paid for a family of 4!
