As much as I like the cookie cakes, I can't go back to this place and reward them with my business. I asked for my cookies to be cut into slices and they said they don't do it but would for $2.00. The lady obviously didn't want to do it either, with a bothered look on her face. The service has been disappointing for a good while but today was the last for me.

they called an HOUR before i was supposed to pick up a cake refusing to put what i wanted on it. they had a bad attitude about the situation and told me i would receive an email regarding a refund when i asked. a week later, i have neither and am still getting attitude from the manager regarding the fact she told me i'd get confirmation. poor service with unfriendly staff, and left me with no time to figure out another solution.

Would put zero stars if I could. I placed a custom cookie cake order today (09/05/2023) at the Lafayette Arnould Blvd store at 2:34PM, cake supposed to be prepared by 4:34PM (I have the email confirmation showing this.) I arrived at the store around 5PM, cake has not even been started. My partner and I had dinner reservations downtown at 5:30, cake was still not ready. Watched employees take multiple walk in orders ahead of me, including a cookie cake the same size as mine. Their cake was completed 10-15 min before mine. My cake was finished around 5:45. So much for a custom cake in 15 minutes. I asked the store manager on shift if there was any possibility for a refund since it was over an hour late, was told they could do 50% off, he rings me up, and tells me my total. I respond that it was paid for online and was told there was nothing they could do in that case. Awful customer service, employees were condescending and couldn’t seem to comprehend why I’d be even the slightest bit irritated.
Product always Great, but changes to menu on DoorDash regarding price and inability to choose cookie type has cost you roughly $1500 a year just from me! Think twice please!

Because they do not take American money about two hours ago I went by there got ice cream and cookies decided to pay cash at 20 and a $.50 piece that is American money the 50 Cent piece had John F Kennedy on it and can you believe the girl at the register Malala told me man we can not take the 50 Cent piece because we do not know if it’s in circulation still, that is the latest order coin that they have made in a $.50 piece American money and she could not take it because she didn’t think it was in circulation what kind of ball woke that’s a great American cookie hire us. Poor thing was so slow let’s OK take American money what is going on with the American cookie America king cookie does not take American money, what’s next?

I haven't been in a while. They've done a remodel. It looks nice and there's a little more space too. The ice cream and shake were delicious as usual. Customer service was fine.
