As a former employee no big issues primarily only thing I never agreed with was the fact that owners literally allowed a woman to threaten to slap me over a $18 cake and still get free food the next day with open arms like she’s the victim while I was threatened being sent home or suspended over it when I followed the “procedure” as instructed in an event like this and they still wanted me to tell the crazy woman sorry
No regard or care for workers at all and was very saddened by that upon my very brief termination
They very clearly applaud the victim mentality of customers

New owner had taken a good spot and made it worthless. cut down on quality to increase profit

Amazing cake with a hefty price tag.. but worth every penny cuz we def all enjoyed! Deliciousness baked to Perfection - Impressed as always!

My experience is too long to type out but one of the girls was so rude about the pick up time of the cake. The cake was one of the worst decorated ones I’ve purchased. Will definitely go out of my way to go to a different location.

I ordered a cake last night. It was decorated with black icing instead of chocolate. I called to see what they would do about it since I just noticed it. I was told that the assistant manager took the order and apparently management doesn’t make mistakes. I was told well they showed you the cake in the store. Yes they did and it did look dark but I still figured it was chocolate just a darker color. I order several cakes and never had an issue but the lady arguing with me is ridiculous. I suggest using a local bakery. One that truly cares about customers when they make a mistake. I spent $50 on a cake that has black icing and is gross! They have so much dye in the icing it stains your hands. Will not be back. Do yourself a favor and bypass this location!

Very Dirty inside Cookies are not fully baked. They are all flat and partially raw. You are better off driving to Arnold Blvd location.

First time going and the employees make you feel welcomed. They are very nice and kind and the cookie cake was good and the blueberry muffin cookies were very good

Jazz, mesha, and Sanaa were amazing and very helpful. Made my little boy so happy and comfortable!!

Hospitality as soon as you walk in the door. Mesha makes you feel right at home. I love the chocolate chip double doozies. Everything I've ever had was great. Worth every cent. Keep up the good work, ladies (and gent!)?

My 1st time there, the customer serivce was awesome, the store was very clean and the Ice cream was Fantastic. There prices are reasonable for all there Items. Definitely will go back with my kiddos.
