The man working there was cold and rude. The meals were horrible!

I walked into the Johnston St. Location on 6/22/24 at 9:50 am. I said good morning to the boy sitting at the desk. He did not acknowledge me. He had his ear pods in and his head was down on his cellphone. I proceeded to select meals. I noticed it was very dark in the store. As I was about to finish selecting my meals, the boy got up and turned on all of the lights. When I was at the counter paying for my items the boy said to me, "next time don't walk in the store before 10am." I said "your door was unlocked" and he said "there is a sign on the door that says we open at 10am." I was so shocked at what he said to me. He needs to go or I will have to take my $45 over to The Refined Pantry.

It was my first time in the gentlemen that was in there never acknowledge me being there I was wanting info about the meals no help from him he finally took his ear buds out I was asking about a particular one would not get up and help me look for it not helpful at all !!

The MRE's I received after Hurricane Harvey were better than what I ate from here. Specifically, the rice and bean MRE. Plus, they were free instead of costing $8.50. Dissappinted and for shame.

I love the fact that they are open 7 days a week! I can pop in and grab a lunch for the next day. This is a great alternative to meal prep if you don’t have the time or energy. I like to purchase the breakfasts and lunches. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Where do I even start when it comes to GH!!!?! These meals helped me stay consistent for an entire year so far! I've lost 118 pounds strictly from watching my food intake and portions. Green Heart has aided in my success with my weightloss in more ways than I ever imagined. Affordable, convenient, healthy, and delicious! Thanks GH!!!!!

They have some of the best meals. Usually under 400 calories with a wide selection. Meals are $7. If you order 10 meals they're $6 a piece. And if you go on Saturday they're all $5. I am a repeat customer every week!-Picky Eater

I'm giving a low rating because the customer service at the Johnston St location is non-existent. They should put their meals in a vending machine and save the money they are paying the employee. He never said one word to me when I walked in or thru the checkout process. Nothing, not even a little thank you.

First trip yesterday tried the turkey burger, sweet potato fries and spinach…good taste but not enough spinach cause it wilted under the patty, may need to add more leaves and put them in wax paper. Also one suggestion is barcoding the nutrition info for folks using food trackers. Overall so far so good, I have 3 more meals to try! 🙂

Excellent meals and healthy choices

The food is health, good, and reasonably priced!

I have been eating GHM for lunch and dinner for a few weeks now. So far I love every single one I have tried! If you can't order ahead there is the option to just stop in one of their locations and purchase meals out the cooler. You cannot go to a fast food restaurant and eat unhealthy for this price! Fresh, healthy, affordable, convenient, huge variety and delicious! I wish a location would open in Hammond, Louisiana.

I picked up a few today and I was very pleased at how fresh it is....very clean and delicious
