Wow. This pizza is made with real mozzarella. Take out or delivery only at this location. Prices are very reasonable especially for the quality of ingredients. By far this is my number one place for take-out pizza. Thank you.

Ordered from here for years until a few months ago. I had placed a late night order. It never came so I called to check the status of it. Manager said driver had attempted delivery, but no one came by my house nor do I get a call from anyone. Manager said it would be another 45-50 more minutes before it could come out - I asked to cancel and refund order as that would be too late. Manager became hostile, yelling at me about how they don't do refunds ever and hung up on me, effectively stealing money from me as they never delivered the food I paid for. I have complained to corporate and through other means, and no one has ever attempted to get back with me. All this for an order under twenty bucks - the sad thing is if they had done the right thing, I would still be spending money there.

Love the service from this place! I stopped ordering Papa Johns and Pizza Hut because they could never get my delivery done in less than 60 minutes. Pathetic. Hungry Howies is always there about 10 mins before they are scheduled, and their drivers are always courteous. I like the pizza, the oven-baked subs and the salads are ok too.

Usually love this place order atleast 3 days a week but lately they been messing up over charging and over salty crust and over cooked 3 cheeser bread tonight they open been calling for an hour no answer . Last week the girl lied and said they didn't deliver to where I was when I ordered there the last 3 months

I used to always order here & receive nothing but great service. Well, except for tonight. Walked in to grab my order & just kept getting mean mugged by one of the workers who said someone would be right with me. After waiting a few minutes of watching 3 workers just all stand around not doing anything someone finally came. Got my order. Went on my way. Pizza was fine. But we also had 2 of the sandwiches. They were both missing sauce & dough stretched so thin it was broken and falling apart. Also as a side note. I put in a tip online when I paid. My final receipt where I sign for my card shouldn't be asking for an additional tip. That's just poor business.

Me and my buddy got two subs.I used to work there I know the ingredients were purposely shorted. Not sure why but our subs were litteraly as thin as a crepe and waaayyyyy more bland than it should have been. On top of that the sub sauces that normally come with it were not in there.

They are very rule! The manger hang up on comster's when ask deverliy time. They act busy so they have to take orders giving a 1 half time. Bad business bad worker I will calling the main office!!!!!

I just came back to Lafayette after 2 years on the West coast. This particular Howie's location was alive and abundantly productive when it opened; and rightfully so because it's around the corner from several U of L dorms. When I went there to pick up my online order the place was DEAD. There were only 2 staff people there when there used to be 5-8, customers waited for orders placed and the phone went unanswered the whole time I waited for my order. Don't Know what happened; but obviously they succeeded at running all business away. Sad.

Placed an order online, and never received it. I realized my card (including a tip!) was charged. I called and spoke with a manager and she said she didn't see the order, I would have to call the corporate office for a refund. I asked for the number and she said she didn't have it right off hand, that I could probably find it online.
