Service was horrible, girl with long pink and yellow braids to the floor no hair net constantly scratching in her head and putting her fingers in her mouth while handling customers food. Literally watched her pick hash browns up off a plate with her bare hands and throw it away to be replaced with something else. Told my server about it him and the rest of the staff put gloves on she had some smart remarks and never did put gloves on processed to put the long braids in a bun with her bare hands and continued fixing plates without washing her hands.

All I'm saying is, since when are we adding a tip automatically to the total, and why am I getting a print out of the receipt with only the total on it? I got an itemized receipt at my table the total was 40 dollars and after taxes it's 47? Idk about that and with nothing to justify it was 6 or 7 dollars of taxes? And then you came to the table twice once to take the order and another to put the food on the table, then waiting for somone to come check me out while some lady in the kitchen hollering we have a check out and no one blinking an eye cause our server wasn't around. Let me not forget hearing the server hollering to pull that gravy out of the microwave before it burn for our country fried steak dinners and cant deal with this place anymore. I rather watch grill ops fight and argue with the customers than sit through that again. We quit going because of the bad service and I guess ihop will be out of question for our household for another 5 years.

I tried again after a couple of years due to bad service. Last night i tried it again, same service as before. I didn’t get my waitresses name she was attentive once she realized we had been sat in her area. All in all it will take a few more years before i return.

We were so hungry because we've been on the road for almost 2 days and never stopped to eat. Finally we arrived here and the service was great! Everybody was happy and friendly. The thing was our 2 coffee cups were dirty with dried up coffee spots all over them, and I found 3 hairs inside my omelet. I went from famished to feeling disgusted and disappointed that I couldn't eat the food I've been looking forward to. This place is definitely not clean, beware!

I got loaded hashbrowns it was 1 layer thick, cheeseburger and about 8 French fries cost me $34 I left there and had to stop at McDonald's to get me a burger to fill me up.

5 years ago, this was a 5/5 star place - it's changed. I've given this place a good 3-6 chances in 2023-24, and it was consistently slow with missing or wrong food. The place needs general repairs. The servers were always kind, but it was clearly missing proper staffing and management. I'd love to give it a chance again after I see the reviews are better. Until then, it was nice and cozy while it lasted.
Lets keep this simple. Server was polite, food came out in a decent time. But this place is so dirty and unsanitary. Tables dirty, floors filthy, walls dirty, condiment tray has syrup stuck all over it. mens restroom is filthy. After finishing our drinks we noticed the cups were even dirty with food residue stuck on the inside of them. Absolutely disgusting!!!

The food was not good and took forever to get out. The service was slow at best. Took a couple minutes after the food was out to get silverware. My wife's plate was covered in grease, and her eggs were cold. They never brought out my whole order. My drink refill took a while to come back and then it was the wrong thing. The both we sat in had a large tear in it.

Oh my goodness this was by far the worst experience and the most incapable staff I have ever witnessed in my life. Waited 1.5 hours for a pickup with only 2 people waiting. They messed up everyones order over and over again including mine so I had to settle on something I didnt order. 6 people working no one wanted to work or take orders. It was a complete nightmare. You can go to walmart, cook it at home and you’ll still make it quicker than they will. It wasnt even a busy night!! Everyone was just flat out Lazy. Management probably knows and doesnt care, but if you care about your time and money, DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION
