This place is absolutely filthy. The waitress was extremely quiet and pessimistic the entire time we were there. We were say immediately, nobody else was there, but it took forever to have our waitress come back to give refills or even check to make sure everything was good. Once we had finished our food, the check was brought and we told the waitress we were not ready. Wo then proceeded to wait around 40 mins for our waitress to come back for us to pay, but she never did. Eventually, we looked around for her and caught her sitting on the other side of the restaurant playing on her phone, blatantly ignoring us. One of her coworkers saw us standing and called her over to pay. Then when I handed her two cards to use for payment, she repeatedly attempted to charge one of the cards multiple times after money had already been taken out of it. Food was good, but service here is terrible. Decided to come here instead of waffle house, NEVER again will I do this. Also bathrooms felt like ones that would be in a truck stop. Disgusting.

If I could rate this a zero. I would. Couldn’t even get seated to eat tonight. We arrived and the line was already long, waited about 35 minutes and still not seated. We ended up leaving. On top of the workers were arguing tremendously loud. Very unprofessional. Do better.

walked in the doors and instantly felt unwelcome.. whoever our server was didn’t hardly look at us until it came time to sign for the check. as a server i actually couldn’t imagine being so rude to guests for no reason. there was only one table besides us and our food was cold. couldnt get my servers attention to ask for freaking coffee creamer. really disappointed and let down by what ihop has become.

It took a while for the food to come and then when it did the toast was very cold. The butter was kind of hard. You can't hardly spread the butter on the toast the omelette was good. The hash browns is good but the waitress that I havd she never once checked on me to see if I needed anything else except close to the end when I was almost done and she did one time. I won't ever go back to this IHOP here

This location needs to get itself together. Staff and managers are iffy, and there is an odor that seems to linger about the dining room, and it is not a good one.
Update: God and all the staff will forget about you here. Everything is sticky, the food is meh, and it seems like 3 people are running things at any given time. Whoever is managing these restaurants has no shame. It's embarrassing.

Place was short staff. 1 waiter who could do all she could to services 7 tables full of people but couldn't keep up. Took 1 hour to get drink order I which we never got drinks, then she went to a table that came in after us food order so I told her to get ours. Then 1 hour later we got food. But at that time we took 2 bites and asked for ticket. Then took 30 more minutes to get ticket and 25 minutes to pay. Never going here again.

Service was horrible, girl with long pink and yellow braids to the floor no hair net constantly scratching in her head and putting her fingers in her mouth while handling customers food. Literally watched her pick hash browns up off a plate with her bare hands and throw it away to be replaced with something else. Told my server about it him and the rest of the staff put gloves on she had some smart remarks and never did put gloves on processed to put the long braids in a bun with her bare hands and continued fixing plates without washing her hands.
