It took a while for the food to come and then when it did the toast was very cold. The butter was kind of hard. You can't hardly spread the butter on the toast the omelette was good. The hash browns is good but the waitress that I havd she never once checked on me to see if I needed anything else except close to the end when I was almost done and she did one time. I won't ever go back to this IHOP here

Got all you can eat pancakes with some friends, took the pancakes a while to arrive each time, but it's understandable for the quality of them. Would recommend if you're in the area.

There was a big party that our server was waiting on last night and she was running, but she continue to serve us with excellence. I believe her name is Liza. Food took long but service made up for it. I recommend her.
