Great casual Ramen shop! I'm happy they have the Japanese Garden Ramen as a great vegetarian option. We also got the rice cheese balls which were delicious, especially with the yuzu aioli sauce! Our server was the only one there but still managed to take care of all of the tables at the mostly full restaurant when we went! The atmosphere is decent, music could use some improvement but I liked the decor and it was clean. Prices were reasonable for the quality, however adding extra meats to the Ramen is about $5 extra, which we didn't think n just was worth it. Would happily come back!

This is a great restaurant, I got the Casian Ramen, and it was with medium spice. What I would say about the service is that they weren’t very consistent with checking up on us/other customers it feels like, and seemed like they were in the back a lot. The atmosphere is giving.

Ordered a Bento box
Rice was not short/medium grain, and really dry, with no flavor. Couldn't eat with chop sticks
Chicken katsu was overcooked and dry.
Shrimp tempura looks so brown, I don't know how long they haven't changed the oil, super small shrimp as almost
none, and the batter was too crunchy and greasy
Edamame was also overboiled, and no salt
Only salad was tasty
I don't want people think that's how Japanese food is

I am pregnant and asked if it would be possible to cook the soft boiled egg until it is fully cooked. The waiter told me no because all the soft boiled eggs are made together. I asked if it would be possible to add my egg to my noodle to boil again longer or heat the egg in the microwave. The waiter told me ok. Then he brought me an undercooked egg x 2 that is not only not fully cooked and was also completely cold and he told me he followed my instructions and boiled the egg for 5 minutes and this egg simply cannot be cooked. It’s impossible to be fully cooked. And the egg at this point after he brought it out was completely cold to touch. I found it exceedingly rude and disrespectful. Not a restaurant I would ever want to visit again.

way overrated. go to katsu instead, seriously. the food isn’t worth the price, and not being allowed to substitute a different broth is stupid.

I had the misfortune of ordering the Tempura Udon and Spicy Tonkotsu, and I can confidently say that I would have been better off making instant ramen at home.
The Tempura Udon was a disaster. There was zero depth to the broth, no umami, and nothing remotely close to what you expect from a proper udon dish. The Spicy Tonkotsu somehow managed to be even worse. The broth lacked the creamy, hearty consistency that defines a good tonkotsu, and instead, it was thin, overly salty, and presented with pork shavings instead of a satisfying amount of meat. The toppings were more of an afterthought rather than an intentional, well-balanced package. I have no way to justify the jumbled mess of sweet corn, mushroom, and HARDBOILED egg. The noodles were decent but hardly saved the nightmare of the rest of the dish.
The only redeeming factor was the bao, which was actually decent. Soft, slightly sweet, and with a reasonably good filling, it stood in stark contrast to the mess that was the rest of the meal.
If you’re looking for authentic, well-prepared Japanese cuisine, stay far away. This place cuts corners in the worst way, and the quality is nowhere near what you’d expect for the price.

The service was excellent. The Ramen were ok. I wish there were more condiments on the table. I prefer to add spice myself.

Brought my youngest here at the recommendation of a friend. It was a first for both of us. The staff are friendly and courteous. The food is good, and reasonably priced. We will definitely be coming back.
Excellent ramen. One of my favorites
