Really good food at a good price. Customer service is significantly above average. We've never had any issues here. Only downgrades have been that they got rid of the fountain machine that had an insane number of options, as well as the salsa bar.

I am very disappointed as I did an online order for my child a bowl and I picked it up brought it over to her and there was 1/4 food inside the container. I thought I was being punk’d because it was a joke of the amount of food in it. I called to speak to someone and there was no remorse or wanting to even make it right. I called to speak with someone before leaving this because I do not like to just leave bad reviews before giving someone a chance to make it right. Now I have to go to another food place to get more food because there was barely any food. It honestly looks like someone’s scraps. It was also cold. My kid ended up not even eating it.

Staffs were friendly. They will follow your instructions to add ingredients and service was fast too. I ordered taco and burrito bowl. Portion was good but tasted average.

The young girl that made my food and rang me up was a perfect example of great customer service, she noticed I was a student and told me about the student discount and even though I was a little all over the place ordering because I’m new to eating at Izzos but she made me feel very comfortable ordering and helped be every step of the way, second time eating here and having this employee ring me up and she is phenomenal, her name begins with a J I believe, rest of staff was also extremely friendly and welcoming

Made a burrito so illegally stacked with spicy chicken, beans, rice, salsas, veggies, sour cream, & more. High quality, freshly prepared ingredients and the friendly, hard-working staff make it healthy to enjoy a meal here.The dining area, service area, and kitchen is spotless.(Picture shows the OG illegal burrito standing on its own)

Amazing staff and food is always super fresh. I've visited this location plenty times before and they don't miss! If Trey is on the grill you know it's going to be right too!
