It's a very casual lunch spot. The place doesn't look fancy but the food is well worth it. Get the burger with grilled onion, it is very good. The French fries is the best in town. It's very creamy and has a crispy exterior that isn't overly thick. It's well worth the drive out there from the main town. Don't get it through food delivery service, as the quality would likely degrade sitting in a bag for 30 minutes.

A classic burger from a hidden gem. I remember eating here 40 years ago (it was Buns back then). They are still cranking out the good stuff at this legendary Lafayette burger joint.

Its a quiet mom and pop restaurant! Be aware that they only accept cash!

Edit: I keep coming back! This place is delicious and my favorite week day lunch date spot with the hubby! Menu has changed a little bit over the year so here's a photo!
