Jersey Mike's Subs

Out of all the Jersey Mike's, this is the one to go to. Staff is very personal and the sandwiches are always on point with no corners cut. I travel around the south frequently, always going to my local Jersey Mike's and this one takes the cake!

Gave this place a shot and wasn't disappointed. Not only did the staff get my order in, we also joked and had some laughs in the restaurant. Got home and the sandwiches were delicious. It is a bit on the pricey side but it's worth it. I got the Club Supreme Giant, and my BIL got the Buffalo Chicken Giant. We were both satisfied with the sandwiches, will be returning.

We're in love with the cold subs. We've ate most of them and haven't found one we didn't like. If I had to pick a favorite it would probably be the Italian done Mike's way.

Disorganized mess. They had me going back and forth from the cashier to the order taker til I just left. I had my order taken, but it was never prepared. I won't recommend, nor will I return.

First time ever having Jersey Mikes and may be my last. I ordered the chicken cheese steak bowl and paid for extra chicken. I’m sorry to say, but what I got was not worth the $12 I spent! The picture is before I even ate any. Thank goodness I got extra chicken or I would have had crumbs! It was also severely lacking in veggies. I’m told other locations near here are better, but this one definitely needs to do better!

We went to try this new location and I have to say, I was quite surprised. We had a rough experience prior and were very cautious about trying it again, but I'm glad we did.

To start, right off the bat, the service was way better than the one on Johnston St. The workers there had much better attitudes and were friendly. Next, the food was good, even though they messed up one of the orders, but because they felt bad and offered a coupon, again service was superior, which is why I forgave them for the error. Speaking of food, it tasted fresher than the other location, which is a plus in my books. It was cleaner and more upbeat, which is an even greater plus, and the location is ideal for those visiting from out of town. It's by some enjoyable attractions and the area is much more modern if that's your "cup of tea".

My only gripes, unfortunately, were few and far in between, but minor. The price is still a bit steep, and the variety of customizable options is still only limited to what the menu offers, but the flavor is still good. The parking is small, but I can forgive that too because of how many suites they have at this location.

Overall: A really great and surprising visit from this location. If I had to choose between this location and the other, it's a no-brainer for me, I'll choose this location. Again, very small minuses, all of which are forgiven with the quality service and location. Would highly recommend this location, keep up the great work, we return again one day.

Both of our Italian sandwiches were drenched in vinegar. Everything was soaked and gross. The sandwiches were inedible.

Went to get a sandwich & the bread that was used for my meal was out on counter : not in the bread holder and had a hole. Just not the best in my opinion.Staff was nice.

I wandered into this place starving after a crueling 4 1/2 hours of work. I've been wondering what to eat and I realized that the new location of jersey mike's was across the street. I walked over there curious of how this location would be like (I tried the one on the johnston already). I walked in and the atmosphere was glorious. One of the people at the counter welcomed me, he was a cool and chill guy. I place order, the usual a big kahuna no mushrooms, with a pepsi, chipotle mayo, and potato chips. I patiently waited for them to make my food then it happen. They came out with my sandwich, little did I know greatness was stepping towards me. When I unwrapped paper on the sandwich my eyes were blessed with an excellent view of the cheese pulling of the paper. I cried in that moment realizing I was looking upon a sandwich kissed by heavens. I went in for the first bite, and I that was entered my own realm where it was just me and the sandwich. This exceeded my expectations despite me already having this sandwich before. Then I dipped into the chipotle mayo, and I took a bite, it was like I just ascended to be one with the gods. Words can't describe how that sandwich effected me. Once I finished the sandwich I got up and returned work. And I was very satisfied.
