I experienced probably the best custom service I have ever experienced in my life at this location earlier this week. I got an iced breve - my usual. It looked like they put milk in it instead of half and half so I quickly tasted it and told the lady at the window I thought it was made with milk. She didn’t make me second guess myself, but asked the baristas how they made my drink and one mentioned they did make it with milk. They quickly got me the right drink and gave me extra stamps on my punch card. I left a happy customer because I got the right drink. Thank you for not making me fight to get the right drink or feel dumb about it. Yall truly did a fantastic job at treating a customer right. Jet has great coffee, great prices and great employees!

I like coming to get coffee here but i’m going to have to look at other options. Slow down and get your orders right . Visit the Ambassador location 4-5 times a week and half the time I’m dissatisfied. Inconsistent coffee. Splash of half and half isn’t the whole cup . Most of the time they for get to add what has been requested
