Ordered a Big John from a young man that didn't even tell me welcome, hello, or anything...took my order & I ask for him to toast it for me, his answer was:.
We can't toast your sandwich. I ask whynot

We order here a fair amount, since it's close to the house. They never get the order correct. I'll eat whatever they put in the bag for me. Wife and kids are picky though, they want what they ordered. What pisses me off is that they will not, for any reason, put the name you added to each sandwich on the actual sandwich. Left a great tip on our order, it's Christmas and it seemed slow (thinking there is no way they messed up this time). I'll just say I wasn't surprised the order was messed up tonight, not too bad though. No hint whatsoever of a name on a sandwich.

This particular location was awesome. The staff was two young men who was great at recommendations and just excelllent young men. It was a blessing trying it out and I will be telling all my friends and family about stopping by and experiencing the food and service.

This is 100% the place to get a sandwich in Lafayette. Always fresh, tasty, and freaky fast. My sandwich was done and waiting for me before I was finished filling my drink. Highly recommend.

#12 unwhich is a must! The people here are by far the sweetest team of employees I have ever experienced at any restaurant. They go above normal standards to make even a drive through experience something to be grateful for!

Decent sandwiches and wraps here, I got the Firecracker feast and it was pretty good, the cookie was very soft and fluffy filling. I did mobile order and there was no way to sub a meat

The open sign was on and I went thru the drive-thru to order 2 sandwiches, a young man came over the speaker and said they were closed. It was 4 hours before closing and several employees were inside standing around. I said ok, I went shopping and drove by the store on my way home. The open sign was still on and several employees were standing around. Does anyone work anymore??

The sandwiches are pretty good. The best in its class. The staff can sometimes be kinda iffy though.
