I'm from Texas so it's not really an apples to apples comparison. Their brisket was good. It wasn't as good in my opinion as Texas brisket but good nonetheless. I had the brisket grilled cheese. It was served on a tiny little Panini pressed hamburger bun. So it was small, if your hungry order 2 or a larger plate menu item. We stopped here while on The Cajun Food Tours and sampled their boudin. Delicious! With just the right amount of spice! They have goods for sale, such as frozen or fresh boudin, tasso, and dips. Everything is very tasty and the service was fast and friendly.
