Raised in Louisiana, it isn't representing well..This food is absolutely horrible. Rice is spoiled, fish, shrimp and fries cooked in old grease. ALL of it taste old and stale. You can taste it! If we get sick, you will certainly hear from me. Trying to get this nasty taste out my mouth. Mad I couldn't give Zero stars

Crawfish was boiled way too long in unflavored water, and had some seasoning sprinkled on the shells. Frog Legs were fried in very thick batter that didn't have much flavor, either. Fries were good with the seasoning they sprinkled on it. Ended up throwing most of the food away.

The oil they were using for cooking caused the food to have a burnt oil taste. Don't know if it was the oil or if the oil was burnt and they just kept using it. Needless to say I wasn't impressed.
