The food was okay but I was uncomfortable receiving my food from the workers watching them fix it bare handed. They were no gloves. I seen the workers go from one station to another or from doing one thing to another and no hand washing in between or gloves. The men had beards and they weren't shaved clean & low. I was just turned off by the way they handle food.

I wanted to try the new chicken nuggets, and I must say I was impressed. They were good, hot, and made fresh. I had to wait 5 minutes for the order, but only because it was made fresh. I didn't go inside to see what the atmosphere was, but the drive-through worker was nice and friendly.
On Feb 18, 2024, my significant other placed a mobile order for 8:30 pm pickup. After check-in at the drive-thru intercom, a female KFC employee instructed me to move forward to the drive-thru window. At the window, I noticed a male KFC employee walking away from the drive-thru window, his pants hanging down as to where everyone can view his underwear (boxer/briefs). He appeared to walk around the front counter to the dining area, but immediately came back, carrying a floor broom on his shoulder. He took the floor broom off his shoulder and rested it against the drive-thru counter, then began to prepare a beverage for my mobile order. He did not wash his hands. He did not don sanitary gloves. When he opened the drive-thru window to pass me a beverage, I asked him for his name. He was reluctant to speak and began to murmur, I had to ask for his name several times. I believe he said his name was, "Marcus Landry", but I'm still not sure. I told Marcus, "you previously grasped a floor broom, but prepared my beverage without gloves or washing your hands. Marcus replied "I did not touch the bottom of the floor broom", then deliberately closed the drive-thru window, and walked away. Nevermind the fact, the mobile order consisted of multiple beverages. I blew my horn for Marcus to return to the drive-thru window, but Marcus completely ignored it as he walked to the dinning area. Eventually, a female KFC employee came to the drive-thru window to address the commotion. I was extremely upset, as I told her this is not the first event where your colleague (Marcus) has closed the drive-thru window on a customer that takes issue with his service. Overhearing my expletive complaint, Marcus left KFC dining area to stand outside in the drive-thru lane, accosting me to exit the automobile, to fight. My significant other deescalated the situation by coercing me to leave the scene and report the altercation to KFC Corporate Management.
Food tasted like left overs from the day before. Not wasting time or money again.
