Asked her if the fries was fresh .. she said they should be open the box up not fresh at all .. uncooked dough biscuit .. she asked me if I want my money back or do I want to wait for fresh fries and 20 minutes on the biscuits.. I said are you the manager she said yes .. I said it’s know way talking like that.. and I speak well myself.. that girl closed the window .. and opened it .. I said that’s why y’all don’t have business.. KFC use to be good .. But Lafayette is getting a Southern Classic we can’t wait…

I hadn't been to KFC in many years. After I saw a video of someone talking about KFC, I decided to give it another try. I was pretty disappointed.
We got a big sampler family meal. Three sides, chicken, tenders, and biscuits. Everything was lukewarm or cold. The sides had no flavor. The tenders were really tough and chewy. The chicken was the best thing about the meal, but it was just salty. Not really seasoned well.
I don't plan on going back. It was worth a shot.

Absolutely disgusting! The food was so dried out and old it can't be safe to eat. Worst food ever!
Usually order in drive thru but wanted to eat inside , lwaited for someone to take my order but no one came, a cook pointed out to a worker someone was at the counter, she looked at me didn’t greet me then continued to ignore me. Left and went somewhere else. At a bare minimum all they had to do was talk to me and tell me it would be a few min wait but they couldn’t be bothered.

The KFC I went to on Johnston was wonderful. The employees they had in there really helped me out service was impeccable there restaurant was clean and they were having fun so it bought my spirt up. Overall a great experience and I will definitely go back.

I don't speak English, the girl at the checkout couldn't help me. She didn’t even tell me in English. She just stood silently and waited for my order. The order table is only behind the seller, there are no touch screens. It was bad for me!
