Had a terrible experience getting delivery through the KOK app. Management was extremely unprofessional and did not handle the issue properly. Didn’t really show any regard for the situation or getting it rectified. This makes me very sad as I was extremely loyal customer ordering at least once a week if not twice a week.
Chicken and fish are very well seasoned and cooked well. I think the fish is Swai [White] fish. Really meaty fresh. Regular fries well seasoned cooked well l. I like crunchy fries so you they were cooked to the point I didn't have to ask them to cook longer. Staff was helpful and always greeting people whonenter and leave. Definitely going back.
The wings are on POINT. And I am loving the app exclusives. My favorite wings in Lafayette, bomb sauces made in house and fresh food every time. Cannot wait for the new location by ambassador.
