The drinks are great but the ac was broken. Not coming back until they get it fixed. Too hot to enjoy the environment

The drinks we had were delicious and customer service was amazing. The guy behind the counter was very nice and had our drinks ready for pickup. The only thing is that the ac wasn’t working! I feel so bad for the guy working cause it was so stuffy in there. Sad to see such a big company not take care of there employees like that! Definitely will be back but please fix your ac!!!

The girl working behind the counter is SO SWEET! She was alone and it was kinda busy, but she was so polite and treated everyone with such kindness. The tea tasted delicious, as usual. I drove in from Lake Charles for this. PLEASE open a shop in lake Charles ?

Mannnnn????. What a lousy service , and I’m not trying to be rude or very stark or whateve with saying that. after ordering a drink, i sat at the ottoman chair while the (3) tables were filled with patrons. i kept the drink next to my side while i shared a photo with my friend from my excitement of the Kung Fu Tea being here, as i had been to multiple KFT’s around the east. I didn’t knock my drink but the ottoman cushion moved under me. My drink spilled and i was like “oh shid” but not loud. I brought my cup and the worker offered to re-lid the cup. Though, the large taro i ordered was still drinkable i wanted an extra cup since mine was off the floor, and i asked if the 2/7 missing could be refilled. the worker said I would have to order another drink for an amount that wasn’t even more than 1 cup of measurement. my order was refunded but that seemed crazy the drink couldn’t be refilled a little. more than half the drink was still there, and the worker seemed to not have the reasoning skill to assist that trouble of a spilled drink in any way. just had to say. i don’t think I’ll be ordering from there again, not anytime soon.
