I did pickup at this location, ordered the grilled cheese with a cup of tomato soup and a side Ceasars salad. Took a while to get my food, and when I got to my car I went to eat my grilled cheese and literally took one look at it and threw it back in the bag. The whole thing was cold, it was too crunchy to even bite and the cheese on the bread was hard as a rock. The soup was partially warm, but tasted good, and the Caesar salad was probably the best part out of the whole order and the only reason its getting 1 star or else it would be zero from me. Their food went downhill bad.

Trevor was at the register and cher baby, he must’ve been having a bad day, he was so rude and short, didn’t crack a smile and wasn’t welcoming in the least. Food is yummy, the young man cleaning and delivering food was EXTRAORDINARILY nice!!!

Disappointed. We have eaten at other La Madeleine's but this one has us rethinking. The food was as we ordered, and good. The service was questionable. Maybe the young lady at the front was new, but she was alone in front and seemed to be having a hard time.
Finding a clean table to eat at was the biggest issue. They weren't busy when we were there but almost every table was dirty. We cleaned our own table to be able to sit and eat. There was an employee who was walking around but didn't seem to care about cleaning anything. He also tried to take our food order number before we received our food. I had to ask for it back. But he was friendly when he delivered the food.
I honestly try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, especially during the holidays, but, I will probably skip this location next time we pass through the area.

The restaurant was great. The place was immaculant clean and when you open the door you could smell the aroma and it smelt like going to be a great dine in visit. The atmosphere was lively families talking, smiling going on good looking ladies and little ladies as I like to call them. The customer service was amazing took your orders very patient and. The food was amazing and I took a look at the menu and it looks great I haven't eaten everything on it but what I had was great anx I'm going to love try new meals i seen on there. The manager I met she was awesome I am very thankful for her and what she did for me that day by blessing me and paying for order. Definitely recommended for family, date night, or a couple. Even by yourself and you never know who you might meet. Definitely will be back to thus restaurant and I recommended Lafayette,Louisiana come and get a great meal over here
I arrived to the store and we have to wait a lot to be asked for our order, the First Lady who got our order was rude and just seemed like she didn’t want to take our order even we ask for a blueberry muffin and she said didn’t have and we can see the muffin through the Cristal, finally a better person take care of us. But the coffee wasn’t good and the baguette was super hard, maybe to old. The muffin was good

Very clean space. The food and desserts are so fresh! The food came out to me really quickly. The prices are really reasonable. Stopped for a birthday treat. I am so disappointed. The croissant was chewy, frankly, I've had better from the grocery store. Old?? The lemon tart had "spilled" into the box and got on the Madeline and croissant. I don't understand why it was liquid because we opened the box in the parking lot! Not an experience I want to repeat.
