If ur looking for a good Mexican place this one is great. The pork street tacos are delicious. The sauce they bring for the chips is so good. Highly recommend eating here.

The service here has recently gotten worse. It used to be good but now the whole experience is worse. The food was subpar our waiter acted like he didn't want to be there at work.

Went back to this location recently and it was horrible. Chips and salsa came out with a funky watered down cheese sauce; I had to ask for regular salsa which tasted more like tomato sauce. I ordered a shredded beef torta which came out with a slice of ham on half the sandwich. There was not enough beef on it to be able to taste beef over the flavor of the vegetables which tasted like they were left out 4 or 5 days. Never going back. 2 bites and I left the remainder. Nasty.

My family and I love La Papa Loca! The service is amazing and the Tostadas and Micheledas’ are the best in town.
The food here is the most authentic Mexican food in lafayette. The staff are wonderful. Their tripas tacos are amazing as is their lengua. My wife had the birria and she loved it. We also had the civiche and it was yummo. You won't regret eating here
