Lagneaux's has amazing food and they're always giving back to the Lafayette and Abbeville communities by donating surplus food to local community refrigerators the feed the hungry.

The food here was fantastic. I came to eat boiled crabs and I left very satisfied. The all you can eat seafood buffet is only $25.99 plus tax which is very reasonable for a seafood buffet. I will be going back soon to enjoy some boiled crawfish once the season begins. I would encourage anyone who loves seafood to visit Lagneaux’s.

They have the ultimate cajun seafood buffet! They will literally serve you all the boiled blue crab you can eat. The price is right and the service just can not be any better. If you love Cajun seafood, this is the place! Go on your Birthday and get an awesome discount!

My friends and I drove in from Alexandria la to eat here. I feel the food was seasoned to perfection. It was my first time to eat here and I truly experienced cajun food. I had corn on the cob, red potatoes, boudin, catfish, etouffee, my food was all delicious. Our server was on point in making sure we enjoyed our food. The atmosphere reminded me of a good Ole maw and paw restaurant. I would definitely eat here again.

I found the food to be OK. Truthfully I didn't think it was worth the $30 I spent. Granted it was a Saturday night and they had a big rush before we got there. We were a party of about 20 WITHOUT a reservation. It was a long wait, I think it was probably about an hour. But again, it was a Saturday night. The waitress was awesome and she was right on whatever we needed. However, the food, so-so. I didn't care for the shrimp etoufee. The sauce just tasted a little off. The gumbo was thin. The fried shrimp was like popcorn shrimp. It was my first time and I was hoping for the best. In hindsight I wish we had gone to a chinese buffett. Sorry Lagneaux's but I won't be back.

Wonderful host at the front and that’s where the good part ends. The buffet isn’t even worth the price. Probably have like 10-12 items including dessert! It’s way overpriced. The highlight is the crab but it was way too salty. The shrimp pasta was overcooked and watery. Boiled shrimp lacked any flavor. I would recommend any chinese buffet over this in the city.
