Tried to call to verify if the Super Bowl would be airing at their location , for a company event. The person who answered the phone asked if the Super Bowl was on cable and could not provide me with a member of management to talk to regarding visiting their location. Hung up in my face . Not professional at all

Yesterday for lunch takeout I left a $6 tip to get back to work and find 4 dry overcooked burgers. Very disappointed. I've had delicious burgers at the Johnston Street location.
