The food was delicious and you get more bang for your buck. My sub was fully loaded. Customer service was great, friendly staff. Dominique and the whole staff provided excellent customer service. By far my favorite place for subs now. If you want a really good sub that’s stuffed with whatever you order, go to Lenny’s I promise you they won’t disappoint.

I was repeatedly promised a refund like 4 months ago and never got it, or a call back. I'm leaving this review solely on the fact that they highly jipped me on my party's sandwiches and promised a refund, but it was never received. Haven't gone back since

I’m disappointed on my experience at this location today. First this location is connected to a new gas station which was awesome but I had to leave the store out the front and go around to the store door.Restrooms were locked.Lady that did my sandwich wasn’t happy to be working.Every Lenny’s I have gone to has excellent customer service. Not this one.Food was ok, nothing to brag about. I don’t think I will return .

Whoever was working today, NYE, is not getting paid enough. He was by himself, took our order, made our food, came by the table asking if we needed napkins or refills, and when he wasn't helping us he was scrubbing the heck out the place. The shop was so clean, the food was INCREDIBLE, service was amazing. Would give 10 stars if I could, and I will definitely be recommending to others. We also purchased a jar of the pepper relish they had for sale. 10/10 all around
Literally mad at myself for not trying this place sooner, as it's the last day for the Nashville Hot Chicken Philly. I have never been so happy with a sandwich from anywhere I've ever been to. Will DEFINITELY be back.

The food was awesome great.Customer service were very friendly & helpful.There weren't many ppl waiting when I was there, but the atmosphere seemed peaceful/calm.The store was definitely smelling fresh & clean.The prices charged are consistent with other similar type business establishments in the local area offering the general public same type/similar type foods.***I will definitely recommend Lenny's to my family, friends, or the general public*** Great business.
This was my second time visiting since they opened. They were still working out the kinks the first go round, but they figured it out and are firing on all cylinders now. I prefer Lenny's over Subway as far as food quality goes. The meat tastes fresh and doesn't disappoint. Subway has the edge in number of sandwiches, but Lenny's may be onto something by offering fewer. Price point is a little high, but you are paying for the quality. They ONLY reason I didn't give it 5-stars is because the inside could have been cleaner.
