Worst store ever! Waited at the counter for about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. There was a person too involved with their vaping to ask if I needed help! Finally a guy who was making the pizzas asked what I needed. I asked how long I have to wait for some hot and ready pizzas and he said 30 minutes! WHAT? Very dirty inside and outside! Won’t be going back. If the person vaping would put their vape up and work, maybe there would be better customer service! But they would have to work! 😂 And we wonder why the Northside of our city is horrible and nothing stays opened!

I did an app order for 5pm. Got the wrong pizzas didn't realize till I got home. Did the online feedback and got a call 5 days later from a company number. She apologized and offered to replace all 3 at no charge I agreed and we set up a 5pm pick up for that day (yesterday). I got there at 5:12pm and asked for my pizzas. The guy behind the counter says oh yeah my manager told me about it, I'll start on them now. I didn't have time to wait for a order that was supposed to be ready at 5pm. This store is a disgrace to the Little Ceasers name.

They gave me someone else's order and refused to give me a refund. They are also unprofessional as I watched the manager throw receipts at this pregnant lady who was understandably upset that her order was made wrong several times. First and last time coming here no professionalism or people skills at all.

Wish I could give ZERO stars, ordered “3 Cheese and Herb” crazy puffs. To my surprise when I bit into it there was pepperoni inside. So I go right back inside to tell them people at the counter that my order is wrong. The lady in the front tells me that she doesn’t know what I’m talking bout because they only serve pepperoni crazy puffs even though it clearly states that I ordered the cheese flavor on my receipt ON THE BOX. I asked why didn’t she inform me of that before I picked up or even when I just came in not even five minutes ago to get my order. She says “well all we have is pepperoni” if she’s the manager then this branch is in trouble. She refunded me for it but was very rude about it. If all you have is pepperoni, when you saw an order come in for CHEESE ONLY, why wouldn’t you call the customer and inform them of that?! Just all around terrible service and no consideration. If you have dietary restrictions or anything of that nature stay far away from this place because they do not care!

We've called, literally 13 times, and these people won't even answer their phones. What a waste of time, gas, and money.
