With as overpriced as their ice cream is you would think they'd ensure their tables were clean so their patrons can have a place to sit. Also, the floors were disgusting.

The mixologist were great the made what ever my husband and I ordered butter pecan 10 stars

Had a small selection of ice cream and barley any toppings but what really confused me was they didn’t even mix in the “mix ins” just plopped it on top not sure when they started doing that but for the price it’s NOT worth it

The grandchildren loved theirs, but in this era of more healthy eating, how can you not have one single sugar free or no sugar added option? It would have been nice to be able to enjoy ice cream with them.

Order was made wrong. Ordered a cookie sundae and only got ice cream and Snickers. It was okay just something I didn't ask for

I am not a big ice cream eater but the wife loves it so we make sure to come here for her cravings and the people are always friendly. It is worth the stop.

This is the best ice cream and treat shop in lafayette. Everything is made the way you want it. Plenty of ice cream flavors to choose, as well mix ins. A must go to for people with a sweet tooth.

I decided to take a trip to Great American Cookies but this might have possibly been the worst mistake of my life. Walking into the store put my life in terrible danger. I was greeted by this woman with messy blonde hair I believe by the name of Stormy? I ordered my cookies just fine but when it came time to ring me up, suddenly her whole demeanor changed as she said “You monkey” with a look of disgust. To be honest it kind of hurt my feelings ?. Before I could react, she suddenly grabbed me by my Yves Saint Laurent collar and poured whipped cream on my head.

After being an hour and half late this is was my cake they seen nothing wrong with being late or the monster truck on it

We took our Grandson there today for Chocolate Ice Cream with sprinkles. The young Lady put Chocolate Sprinkles on the Chocolate Ice Cream. My Husband told her we wanted the colored Sprinkles instead, but we would take the Chocolate Ice cream with Chocolate sprinkles.The young lady put the ice cream cup on the counter, walked into the stockroom and never came back!Lucky for us, Two of her coworkers took over, completing our order, and they were very friendly.This was our first visit to the marble slab creamery, and our last.
