Order was made wrong. Ordered a cookie sundae and only got ice cream and Snickers. It was okay just something I didn't ask for

I am not a big ice cream eater but the wife loves it so we make sure to come here for her cravings and the people are always friendly. It is worth the stop.

This is the best ice cream and treat shop in lafayette. Everything is made the way you want it. Plenty of ice cream flavors to choose, as well mix ins. A must go to for people with a sweet tooth.

I decided to take a trip to Great American Cookies but this might have possibly been the worst mistake of my life. Walking into the store put my life in terrible danger. I was greeted by this woman with messy blonde hair I believe by the name of Stormy? I ordered my cookies just fine but when it came time to ring me up, suddenly her whole demeanor changed as she said “You monkey” with a look of disgust. To be honest it kind of hurt my feelings ?. Before I could react, she suddenly grabbed me by my Yves Saint Laurent collar and poured whipped cream on my head.

After being an hour and half late this is was my cake they seen nothing wrong with being late or the monster truck on it

We took our Grandson there today for Chocolate Ice Cream with sprinkles. The young Lady put Chocolate Sprinkles on the Chocolate Ice Cream. My Husband told her we wanted the colored Sprinkles instead, but we would take the Chocolate Ice cream with Chocolate sprinkles.The young lady put the ice cream cup on the counter, walked into the stockroom and never came back!Lucky for us, Two of her coworkers took over, completing our order, and they were very friendly.This was our first visit to the marble slab creamery, and our last.

Very bad service from a blue haired girl she was very rude. Had cursed at me a couple of times what type of people do that. But the ice cream was good.

I like to adhere to the saying, “ if you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say it at all”, but maybe this will help to get things right. My family and I had already put this place on our X list because of poor customer service and not getting our desserts done right. Yesterday my husband and I decided to give it another shot maybe things had changed since we hadn’t been there for a very long time. Well me were again very disappointed ?. Again the lack of customer service like not being properly greeted, having to wait long when we were the only customers currently there, and last but not least my husband ordered a shake and it was just like he was served a cup of milk. He threw it in the trash ? right when we got home.

Fast service with amazing ice cream

Staff was nice but phone communication needs to be updated. I went Friday night and items were being saved/low inventory. When I asked the staff adv me that the location was closing at 9, I was confused b/c the phone specially says 10pm is the closing time for Friday-Sat. I made the comment and was told that the phone says 9 but I called just now to reconfirm and it says 10. This is more of a management concern because driving 30mins for cookies to find out the location isn’t open wouldn’t be good for the business.
