Great iced tea. Easy parking. Friendly staff. Now the bad news...it's a chain sandwich shop, not really a deli. Soups taste canned. Potato salad is not as good as most supermarkets. Bread is below Lafayette standards. Meats and cheeses are better at Rouse's. I'm not a big fan of Jason's either, but I think it's a better option.

The girls that work back here have absolutely no sense of urgency, they don’t try to get orders out quickly. They walk around slowly and make everything slowly while they have 20 students standing around waiting on food. Ridiculous and upsetting to see so many people working at a single place that could care less about the service they give!

Ordered my food on the app it said it was going to be ready at a certain time. I get there my order was not ready they gave me the wrong chips and the tea was nasty!

I had went there just now , im not allowed to eat pork or any type of non beef or chicken due to my religion and i had received with my others after telling them multiple times I can’t eat it and it was put on the soup as well as sandwiches, clean place to eat but we waited a while and meanwhile the the sandwich was dry and it not wht i expected I ordered the club sandwich and the caesar salad and it was not all that , had my order mistaken after even telling them no ham or bacon on the soup and she took it in and it still had bacon inside the soup after i specifically told her no bacon .

They are constantly giving people food that is wrong and not what the customer asked for. A waste of money and it has happened multiple times.

The customer service here was pretty decent but my sandwich could've most definitely been better. This isn't at all what I was expecting, I feel as though they should perform at a higher level due to the high traffic of customers. I am very unpleased with this and wouldn't recommend anyone there at this current moment.

I love McAlister's Deli so having one on UL campus is probably the best thing ever! There are so many delicious items on the menu to try but I think my favorite is the choose 2.. half a sandwich & soup because I love both! Everything is made fresh and it always comes out fast.
