This was the worst Mcalisters I’ve ever been too, got both our sandwiches wrong and the alvocado was too “hard” to add.

Went in at 2 pm and the lady working was complaining about working and my whole reason for choosing to eat here was the carrot cake and she said they didn’t have any!! I will be taking my business else where

Didn’t even get to order food. As we walked up the only employee working was smoking weed right in front the door.. then as we waited for someone to take our order we realized he was the only one working. We waited around for another 5 minutes and he never came to the front to take our order. Never had this happen at a McAlisters before

I love McAlisters but very disappointed by the experience I had this morning there. To start, we were waiting at the counter ready to order while someone was counting the money in the register and another employee was up front maybe stocking desserts, not exactly sure. We were waiting for a bit and neither of them acknowledged us waiting or said it will be a minute before they can take our order. I finally spoke up and asked if we could order. When I was given my drink, I was told they were out of straws. Then I receive my order which was the pepper jack turkey sandwich (menu says honey mustards comes on it). There was no honey mustard on the sandwich and when I asked for it, I was told they were out of honey mustard. Why wasn’t I told this when I ordered? I may have gotten a different sandwich. Also had to ask for a spoon for my chili since they gave me a fork to eat my chili with. My friend then goes to the restroom and realizes there’s no toilet paper after she uses the bathroom so she has to hop over to the other stall to get toilet paper! Lastly, when she goes to grab a to go box, she ends up grabbing 3 because the first 2 were dirty.

This will be the next restaurant to shut down! Food was DISGUSTING! Bathrooms were horrible! Went to leave and 2 employees are outside smoking weed at the tables in front! Geez! WTH!

I had the best turkey sandwich ever yesterday, made by a young man named Scobby. I think I will order another one today.

Food was not edible after I picked up the order. The staff was not concerned about the other people ahead of me that were having issues with their orders and the quality of the food coming out from the kitchen. I did tell people coming in while I waited for my order that they should eat somewhere else. I looked at my order and told them it didn't even look edible but there was no reaction on their face. I was picking up an order for someone who was hungry for McAllister and they only had a few days left to live. Unfortunately they couldn't even eat the food I had brought to them. I then went to Pizza Village and they enjoyed the pizza I brought and that was their last meal they had before passing away a couple of days later. I plan on calling my credit card company and refusing the charge for the order I placed that was not edible. McAllister should be ashamed of themselves for serving food that is not even edible. Whoever has this franchise is being very neglectfull of their business. The staff does not care because they get paid no matter what happens at this restaurant.

Wow, first they give part of my order to someone else, send me out the door with 2/3rds of my order. When I come back in to have it replaced the slow clerk slides the sandwich across the counter like I'm contagious. I then have to remind her that there was a salad which they had to make. I never Karen'd out, i wasn't rude, I just wanted the food that I paid for. A 40 minute pick up. 🙄

There's two McAllister's nearby. The one near Target is trash now.

Will never go back! Called in order 2 hours ahead abd when I got there, was told it would be 20-30 minute wait. Finally got my 4 orders and when I checked them, there were items missing, my Reuben used ham rather than corned beef, the bread was wrong, sides were missing, forgot to add the extra meat and cheese, etc. Had to wait on a redo of almost everything. While I was waiting, 3 customers were returning incorrect orders. The employees were running around and totally disorganized. There was only 1 table where people were eating. When I left, there were 6 people waiting, but 3 customers had already given up and left. This place needs management to do a surprise visit! But on the bright side, the sandwiches weren't that bad, although the bread was cold and had to reheat.

This place is supposed to close at 9,we walked in to place a order to go at 8:20 and they refused to take out order because the girl said they are closing. If you close at 8:20 lock the doors and don't advertise closing at 9:00. 07/7/25 8:20pm

Staff was absolutely horrible. My sister ordered something on their menu and they kept entering the wrong food even when she pointed on the menu to what she wanted. After it took ten minutes of them making us feel stupid like we were saying the wrong thing we finally got them to understand and checked out. Our food took forever to arrive which it was busy so I understand that but when we tell the same girl who took our order that she brought us the cucumber salad instead of the side salad we ordered, she gave us a rude face and turned around without a word and came back with the salad ten minutes later and once again did not say anything. The service and the food used to be amazing here but it has gone completely down hill and is very sad to see.

I got a blt+a. Didn’t even receive avocado! I waited for almost 20 mins for a blt with avocado and they didnt even get my order right. Tried calling multiple times and no answer!! Very disappointed!
