I got a blt+a. Didn’t even receive avocado! I waited for almost 20 mins for a blt with avocado and they didnt even get my order right. Tried calling multiple times and no answer!! Very disappointed!

Dirty. Got our order all wrong.

This location was like.. We don’t give a freak of the costumer….I have to wait over an hour just for the dam salad… never going back at this location!!

I used to love this location but my experience was horrible today. Waited over 30 min for half a sandwich and soup. Had to go and ask at the counter and when it came out immediately there after the sandwich barely had any filling, wasn’t toasted, was cold, and missing the avocado. Horrible rude service from staff. No offer for a refund or remake.

This place is horrible! When McAllister’s first opened, it was such a great place to eat!! Today will be my last time coming here!! It’s FILTHY!!!! Just about every table was dirty, food left over from lunchtime and flies swarming around! Then, I went into the rest-room!!! HORRIBLE!!! I know it has not been cleaned in at least 6 months!!! DISGUSTING!! I will NEVER return!!!

New manager is terrible. Would never order from this location again. Food was 40 minutes late, food was made incorrectly, and they were out of a whole entree that was ordered online, but told me they could not refund me for the food they were out of. Noone working here knows what they are doing, stay away. Several people were at the counter complaining while I was there. Will never eat here again.

THE DINING ROOM AND RESTROOMS WERE ABSOLUTELY FILTHY and we arrived shortly after they opened. I was kicking around crumbs and chips under my table. Tables around us also had crumbs and used napkins under them. 🤢 Wife said restroom was gross and had overflowing trash cans.
Soup was lukewarm, rest of our food was okay.
Id hate to see the cleanliness of the kitchen after seeing the dining area 🤮

Was very good besides the paper left on my cheese!!

Asked for my money back after 45 minutes and my order was wrong!!!! Cashier said “domino effect “. What bullshit! Excuses. Maybe management needs a whole new staff!

The cheese sauce for my potato was watered down or not prepared properly. Not often I find straight up nasty food in Lafayette... but this is it 💀🤣

If you like your soup cold and watery, your sandwich that was supposed to be hot. Also cold and more thousand island dressing, than meat or cheese. This is the place to go. I used to like this deli. I was so disappointed I'm currently undergoing chemo. So wanting to eat and eating lunch. With a friend is a rare treat. $15.75 for barely edible food, I had to ask the waitress. To rewarm my soup. Still didn't help with flavor. I won't be back to waste my money.

Disgusting!!!! A very dirty place and the food is unfunny, I will never go back!!!

80% of the tables are unoccupied and 90% of those have people's used plates of food on them.
