I went into purchase an order #251 on 1/25/25 and I did not receive half of what I ordered I adjusted my kids meal order instead of the apple slices I added two extra fries to each order when I got home I opened it to see that that the two extra fries were not in the kids meals. Also the hot chocolate took for ever for me to receive and was cold when I checked it before leaving but as it took the 15 minutes to get me the cold chocolate drink I was preturbed and went home it wasn't like they were understaffed that day they actually had to much staff and hardly anyone in the drive thru or inside the building it was 1:55pm.

This place is so slow . I waited 30 minutes for breakfast. They completely forgot that we were waiting . Finally when I get down , they never apologized or anything . Just bad customer service smh

This is the most efficient and friendly McDonald’s I have EVER been to! Everyone was smiling and extremely nice! I think it took a total of 5 minutes or less to order, pay and get my food. There were 4 cars in front of me and just about as soon as they pulled up to the window they immediately got their food and drove off. I’ve never ever seen a better run McDonald’s. I went twice this week and the first time I figured I just caught them on a good day because I’m not used to that kind of service at McDonald’s. I went again today and it was the same, if not even BETTER service! I’m absolutely impressed and everyone in that store is doing an excellent job! I hope they are getting holiday pay for working on Christmas Eve! They deserve it and more!

If I could leave 0 stars I would! This is the absolute WORST McDonald's in Lafayette! The workers are rude as hell and doesn't care about service time. I waited almost 30 minutes for a mcdouble and a small fry. They're slow as hell and have horrible customer service! Eat elsewhere this places sucks ass

I order a double filet of fish and when I got to my hotel it was a cold single and cold greasy fries. I was too tired to go back. DISGUSTING!! Not to mention I had to wait 10mins for it. Never again

I personally think that if it looks gd it'll taste gd but when you you look at McDonalds burgers the patty is half off the bun and the burger dressing's were globbed in one spot and not spread out evenly.
Food was good. Service was exceptional for fast food. The manager was on top of things. Some tables were dirty but they were busy. The people cooking were working steady. I like that you can see the kitchen.
