I wish I could give a 0. This is the 2nd time in 2 wks that this McDonald’s has taken my money and shortchanged me with the product. The 1st time I ordered at the window, they made me wait 15,20 mins while they prepared it, then announced they gave me food away to some man who claimed it was his. Then tells me to wait another period of time while they prepared it again at which time I went in and confronted them and they counter staff had the audacity to go to tears. I don’t need your tears. I need you to do your job and give me the food that you took my money for. Fast forward to this morning. I ordered on the mobile app to take the guesswork out and maintain an exact record of my order. On the left is my emailed receipt. On the right is the sticker they put on my curbside pickup. Correct me if I’m the illiterate one, but I could swear my receipt says Hotcakes/Qty 4. Meaning, 4 platters of pancakes. Tell me why this consistently incompetent establishment had the gall to put 1 Hotcakes Only. And that’s what they handed me. Adding insult was tagging it as “Only” which tells me you deliberately gave me 1 AFTER receiving full payment for 4. What made this even worse was there were other customers in the store who came in over messed up orders. At this point I’m done with them. I wish they would be held accountable for their actions. My only regret today is I didn’t take names. But this incident occurred at approximately 9:50/10:10 AM on 3/1/2025. The manager on duty (caucasian male, bald) apparently condones and supports unprofessionalism because when I told him I was shortchanged 3 orders of hotcakes, he still tried to give me only 2. So yes, it’s a team effort. If I could request one thing of the McDonald’s governance it would be to investigate the staff at 6801 Johnston St, Lafayette. Apparently they make it a practice to shortchange customer items, hoping they won’t notice, so they can capitalize/steal off the payments. Uncalled for!

Probably one of the better McDonald’s in Lafayette.
If I could give them a zero I would. This McDonald’s is a joke. The manager Chloe is just beyond rude and was not helpful at all. I door dashed some food and asked for extra salted fries and extra onions on my burger and got stale unsalted fries and no onions. Mind you I’ve been sick for 3 days and haven’t eaten so to say I was hungry doesn’t cut it. Now I have a plain cheeseburger and stale fries. I’m just so tired of people not being able to follow directions. I will not go to this location again. Not to mention that they constantly park you when you are going through the drive through is just ridiculous.

The closest McDonald's from our house for 18 years and the service always sucked here. Today I drove again 10 minutes each way to find out that their rewards code is not working and they were out of Mcribs, which was the reason for the whole trip.

Let's face it human servers are slowly being phased out so our interactions with someone behind The counter is few and far between. Personally I always aimed to crack them up. Makes me wonder if it's still McDonald's when smiles no longer greet each other.

One of the better McDonald’s in the Area. Well managed. Offers Law Enforcement Discounts +++ Order comes out correct & proper. I'll pass up others to stop at this location. This is not a Miller Managed location.
Breakfast is supposed to be served until 1030. However, when I went here, I was told at 10:28 that the only breakfast left was burritos, hotcakes, and hashbrowns. Breakfast is served until 1030. That means you should get what you want until 1030. Then when I called the manager was not real nice
