We stopped by to pick up a late night snack. Our cheeseburgers were ice cold, fries stale and our drink was filled about 2/3 of the way, no ice. HORRIBLE!!!! That was money down the drain.

Personally I have a job where I serve people so I know what that kinda stuff is like. This location is poorly managed and the staff do not give the type of respect you’re typically required to give customers. They couldn’t get an easy order right either and there were zero apologies for the mistake. I have heard the working atmosphere is depressing and it looks to be. I hope this location can learn to be better in the future.

Disgusting food. Stale, crunchy, hard bread. QPC thrown together. Cold stale fries. Threw more than half the food away. At least care enough to give decent food for the unjustifiably high price spent. Drink was good. 8:40pm.

So disappointed. We just left, and they had us pull up next to another car that was already waiting—definitely a bad sign. The fries were terrible, tasting like they’d been cooked in old grease. The Quarter Pounder was ice-cold, with the cheese just sitting unmelted on top. Absolutely awful!

Zero stars. This location is filthy, terribly managed and can never get an order correct. I’ve gone here maybe a hand full of times recently and everytime my order is incorrect. Even after telling them at the window it was taken incorrectly, I’m then pulled forward and told to park and wait. 12 minutes later and the order is still incorrect. So we have to wait even longer for it to be fixed. The workers stand around and gossip and cut up the whole time. There are never any managers around helping the store run smoothly. It’s sad.
