Try your golden rule cuz this place is just RUDE. Let me show you instead of smackin lips & throwing the drinks out the window with drips, wipe the cup off and act like a human being with a smile. After three times of going to this location I can honestly say this is the worst McDonald's in this area. The food is hours and hours old and the service is terrible. I don't ask a lot from a fast food place. I just want my order taken and my food to be less than 3 hours old and apparently that's too hard to handle at this location. Don't eat here.

I've frequented this location for years. Especially after having two kids. What's better than a happy meal night, right?

On August 17th, we ordered on the app for curbside 20 minutes before we arrived. When we arrived, we parked and I tried using the abysmal app. After having to reset the app 3 times to check in, we then waited 15 minutes in our spot without food. I continued to check the app to make sure I did it right and it showed "We hope you enjoy your food as much as we enjoyed making it!" 'View Receipt'.

I finally went inside where my food was waiting for a dasher to pick up. When I asked about it, I got "Well it's still on staging so check in." "We don't have your lemonade. What you want instead?"

I tried showing them my phone to say I checked in for Curbside and I got "That's yours, but it's says staging so check in again."

Took my food and checked it. Food was wrong, didn't have the lemonade, fries were ice cold (at 12:30 pm? Right in the middle of lunch?) didn't get the ketchup requested with the nuggets, and rude staff who didn't say thank you or apologize for the trouble. God awful.

Such a horrible experience.

People are nice but, This is today’s ice cream cones! Lol I think I got gyped! Go to the next location they seem to be afraid to make an actual ice cream cone. It’s good but I had to say I was disappointed with this one.

I went to get a large french fry today. I could not even pull up to the box and was asked if I was using the mobile app. I said no and someone else got on and said to proceed with my order. I said one large fry and that will be all. I was asked what flavor, but could not really hear them all that well. I asked the person to repeat what they said and I was able to pull up to the box. They asked me again what flavor. I was confused at this point, so I said one large french fry. It was plain and simple. The person got very ugly and said 'Ok, what flavor!?' I looked at the box and spoke louder and said one large french fry! French fries don't have flavors! Just give me a french fry flavored like a french fry!
