I went through the car line and was greeted with can you wait I said sure. Nobody was in the lines by the way. I waited 5 minutes still nothing. Another car pulls up to the other lane ordered food and went ahead. I’m still waiting and saying hello hello I got nothing. I will never go to this McDonald’s ever again. I was there a month earlier and ordered two quarter pounder’s and they forgot one. The kid who says he’s the manager needs to be fired after speaking with him he’s immature and lazy. Service has never been that bad before. What are they teaching them.

i go here pretty regularly when i want something quick or i’m tired after a long day. lately, the fries have been undercooked. not crispy all limp. sometimes a mistake on a burger. typically i feel its always the same thing, just needing to slow down and make sure everything is done right. ive had no problems asking for anything to be redone. being patience on my end is all i have to do.

This was actually a good McDonald's experience for once.. Patties were cooked basically medium, livin on the edge.. pretty delicious tho ?Double quarter pounder with cheese, ADD BIG MAC SAUCE= WINNING.
Never use the app because the store says they cannot refund you and the app says admin says they cannot. We paid for an uncharge on a drink yet the drink was not available but could not get a refund. Then, when we received our food, the sauces were all over the side and there was nothing on the bun. We asked them to remake it and the manager rolled her eyes and it came back just as bad. Second attempt pic attached.
Looks like they threw ingredients into a box and shook them. When we complained the manager rolled her eyes at us and gave us another equally as bad. This is after they could no refund us for an item we purchased on the app because the machine was broken.

Service at drive thru was unenthusistic. Not even a hello just order when ready. I ordered a big Mac and large sweet tea and a small oreo mcflurry. At the next window the employee handed food without looking at me while she was talking to a Co worker and then handed me the oreo mcflurry which was messy. It got all over my pants before I could place it in my drink holder. I haven't been to your establishment in a very long time and it will be another long time before I go back again. There are too many fast food joints with better service all the way around.

Horrible customer service, manager had an attitude after I asked her to add more caramel to my coffee because it was very bland with not a taste of caramel !!! Don’t greet their customers either !!!! They need to get it together !
